My Husband had a confirmed appointment today 11/12/18 @ 06:00. When he got there no one was there. He waited and waited and finally left at 07:00. I called them to ask why they would schedule someone for an appointment when no one was going to be there. The lady could not give ma an answer. They charge you a fee if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours but they wont give my husband a credit on his account for them not being there for a confirmed appointment. What a freaking joke.

I have been coming here for over 3 years and every time I come I tell myself I need to find a new dentist because there are always issues every time I go. Today I had an 8am cleaning appointment, showed them my email confirmation for 8am and they said no its at 8:30am. I wait until 9am and I leave without getting my cleaning. I took off work to be here and wasted an hour of my time without being seen because they don't know how to schedule and only have 1 hygentis.

I went to the dentist because one of my tooth was hurting. I had a procedure done and it was a root canal. The best expense I have ever had. Dr. cross was a very good specialist . While he was doing my root canal I did not fell uncomfortable. Came out of the dentist office with no pain and I felt good. Thank you dentist Cross. The staff are really nice. I love this place thank you everybody for taking care of my teeth.

Canceled my appointment without letting me know, found out when I arrived, they weren't sure why it was cancelled, and weren't very sympathetic or accommodating to reschedule. The hygienist I saw before was great though, so not 1 star at least... Also very hard to get a hold of them by phone.

Not really impressed but after the first of the year will find a new dentist for the family. Went in for my filling to be done was told a certain amount and then got a bill for 65, my husband went in and had an exam nothing else and that was covered by his insurance, he received a bill for 75 dollars. They do a treatment plan that includes expensive procedures that aren't covered by insurance and when we ask if we could do the basic cleaning that is covered we are told no that's not what's in your plan recommended by the dentist. Then they schedule an appointment I had no knowledge of for my daughter for another check up. The cavity I had filled is hurting has been for three months I cannot eat but trying to get through to anyone you can't I have been waiting 3 days just for someone to call me back about billing. Would not recommend this place to anyone .

I came in for a cleaning and was met by the front desk worker John who walked me through the registration process. After a short wait I met Doctor Gill who did an amazing job explaining everything that was going to be done and what was really important to me was that she made me feel comfortable and confident that I was receiving the best quality cleaning.

I had 3 crowns done back in 2018. With one of my crowns, it was uncomfortable and I experienced mild pain while biting so had to have it replaced. Was uncomfortable for months after but I was told it may take some time for my bite to get adjusted. Eventually it got better. Well, in July 2021, this same crown broke while eating ice cream. Had to have it replaced while overseas. Well, it is now August 2022 and one of my other crowns broke while eating a sandwich. I am in excruciating pain and cannot eat or drink anything cold right now. I haven't even had these crowns 5 years yet. These crowns should last much longer than this. Absolutely horrible dental work. I would highly recommend finding another dentist to do your work. The only good thing about this place is the staff is very friendly. I even had one of the dentists ask me if I wanted braces. Laughable because every other dentist has always commented on how nice and straight my teeth were. DO NOT GO HERE!! UPDATE: I called on 9/1/22, per your response/request and got nowhere. I am being penalized for having these dental issues while abroad and you all aren't even willing to take that into consideration. 2 crowns needing to be replaced in less than 5 years and because I am unable to come back in to have the crowns redone, there is nothing you all can do. Wish I could give 0 stars. And with the poor work done the first time, I don't know that I would want to have replacements done there.

I waited 45 minutes for my appointment. I had to change dentists due to insurance, so I was a new patient. The dentist tried talking me out of some cosmetic work that I had wanted for years. Then wanted to redo x-rays that I just had done a few weeks ago. I was discouraged and disappointed by the whole experience. The staff was very nice.

Dr. Kaur is kind, compassionate and experienced. The office staff is always nice and extremely friendly. I highly recommend .

Fun and energetic staff. Front desk was very friendly... especially John. Got me setup with my paperwork quickly. Dr. Gills did my cleaning. She was very nice and answered all my questions even though she was probably super busy. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

This was my first time visiting Dr. Kaur's office and the moment I walked in I felt cared for and valued. She did a phenomenal job leading her team, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. Amber did an amazing job assisting with my treatment and John exceeded my expectations coordinating my treatment plan. I highly recommend this office to anyone.

I had a super positive experience at this Dentistry! I visited in-between appointments with my regular dentist and Kimberly and Dom in the front desk were awesome with scheduling me in last minute for a cleaning. Dr. Gil and assistant Isaiah were very kind and thorough with my exam and cleaning. I enjoyed the upbeat staff and clean environment also. The office was equipped with modern machines and tools and I was impressed on how clean my teeth felt and looked after. Thank you Marketplace Smiles Staff and crew!

Came in for a cleaning and was met with the nicest staff! John met me as I walked in the door and guided me. Dom S. helped and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Never thought the dentist would actually be an enjoyable experience until now. About to go just for the good vibes :)

It's not that they are bad it's just that it's always a long wait to reschedule anything.... I am still on hold i just need to reschedule an appointment that they called and canceled because the orthodontist was not going to be in.

Very poor customer service on the dental side. Dentist puts together a dental plan and the front receptionist comes to talk to you about the treatment plan with no real knowledge of the treatment benefits. So disappointed in this dental office. And just unprofessional.

Very unprofessional. Maybe great for cleaning and fillings. But terrible at customer service and and major dental work. Make sure to check around before going here. No personal service at all, they treat you like a number

Dr. Gill provides a great customer experience. She did a few fillings for me today. I became a client in 2020. My kids have been going there since 2018. They have always provided great service.
