Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. I had a very good experience at this dentist because the staff was so welcoming and friendly! The process was very easy coming in and the lady Yajaira was the sweetest! She was so gentle at the start of the appointment with my x-rays and everything was quick and efficient, she did a really great job! I highly recommend this place.

I'm usually not a big fan of ANY dentist offices but I really enjoyed my experience here! Everyone was so nice, particularly Yajaira who walked me through the X-ray process and made my experience there a positive one.

Dr.Amezcua and his amazing team of dental professionals are my number 1 go to office! I know they will be happy to help me with any of my dental needs! They gave me my smile back and even better! My hygienist Katrina has helped me meet my oral health goals and has helped me learn so much along the way! She gave me a specific and easy at home regimen to follow and she is so nice! I was really intimidated coming into this office from previous dental work that left me with a bad taste! Dr.Amezcua and his team of amazing and super friendly assistants always make me feel welcomed and taken care of! My personal favorite assistant is miss Yajaira! Always seems to be some kind of miscommunication when I go there. First was told my teeth needed $1200 worth of work and that's the best they could do. After talking to another dentistry I was informed $850 of it was an optional laser treatment I didn't want or ask for. After mentioning I didn't want the laser treatment they reluctantly took it off. Then I go in for routine cleaning 6 months later, over the phone they confirmed it was a cleaning. When I arrived I was told it was just an inspection and no cleaning was on the schedule. I was told this IN THE CHAIR when they asked if I had any questions before leaving. Frustrating.

Such a great office! The front desk girls Bianca, Natalie, and Marisa are the great friendly faces you see when walking in and always greet with a smile. Dr Amezcua and his assitants take good care of me everytime I come to the office. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist in the sacramento area!

Definately recommend this office to anyone! My wife and I both come here and are taken care of everytime. Sherree the hygenist is very knowlegeable and gave me the laser therapy for my gums which has positively helped my gums. Dr Amezcua and his staff are amazing and so kind and the girls up front are welcoming and very knowlegable as well. Also never know a root canal could take 45 mins to an hour to do, thank you Dr. Badii. And Thank you Market West Dental Group!

Gutierrez is very unresponsive to the pain of patients. My visits for the partial work usuallly take 3 visits, but after 6 he was still trying to figure it out. He finally gave me a partial that did not fit and was painful. When I complained of the pain, he said that I'll get used to it. When I complained it was lop-sided, he said that its not cosmetic and don't worry about it. When I told him I won't wear it since it hurts, he said "let me show you to the door." He never did fix the problem, so I had to start all over again with a different dentist. Horrible experience.

As someone who is terrified of the dentist I was not looking forward to my first dental exam in a while. I'd been having constant pain for several weeks and just couldn't take it anymore. So I went in to see what was going on. After a couple of xrays and a quick exam the doctor found a large cavity on my tooth. He explained to me the treatment I needed to get me out of pain and was able to take care of me the same day! The dental assistant was also super sweet and even held my hand while the doctor numbed me up. Now my tooth pain is gone and I am extremely thankful of everyone. I'm so glad I chose this office!

Terrible the Dentist Samita Sandhu was very rude and unprofessional. I had to file a complaint with the State of California Dental Board. I will not be back which is sad because there was a time that I liked that Dentist office.
