Dr. Nguyen has worked in the dental field since earning her doctor of dental surgery from the Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2001. She joined the Market Place Dental team in 2003, and she has loved getting to know her patients, partnering with them to improve their oral health, and making them comfortable at every visit. She is dedicated to improving her skill as a dentist and offering patients a variety of new and improved treatments. She completes numerous continuing education credits each year and has extensive training in orthodontics.
As a dedicated member of the dental profession, Dr. Nguyen participates in the dentistry community by maintaining memberships in the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association, the International Association of Orthodontics, and the Greater Milwaukee Dental Association.
A native of La Crosse, WI, Dr. Nguyen enjoys spending time with her husband and two wonderful children, traveling, trying new foods, cooking new recipes, listening to music from her extensive record collection, and rooting for the Badgers and Packers.
Dr. Steven McEwan is skilled dentist who is passionate about building long lasting patient relationships based on trust and respect. He loves working with patients to better understand their oral health and how to achieve their dental goals. Dr. McEwan completed his undergraduate studies at Marquette University where he would go on to earn his doctor of dental surgery from the school of dentistry.
Dedicated to learning and growing as a dentist, Dr. McEwan completes advanced training and education each year, and hold memberships in the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association, and Greater Milwaukee Dental Association.
Born and raised in a large Milwaukee family, Dr. McEwan was the seventh of eight children. He loves spending his free time with friends and family, biking, golfing, playing basketball, and rooting for the Packers, Brewers, Bucks, and Marquette basketball.

It has been almost 40 years and this is the place to go for dental care. .... We, my wife and I, have been making use of the dental professionals at Market Place Dental for more than 35 years. Even though we now live more than 50 miles away from the office, this is the place we want to have take care of our dental needs. A wonderful and engaged staff along with great dentists makes this the place for us. Well another year has passed and this practice is still the best! (has been for decades) Everyone is professional and personable, they are all stars in my mind. Everything from scheduling, through cleanings, x-rays, or whatever else is needed. This team pulls it all off with calm efficiency making patients comfortable with all that is going on. I cannot say enough good about this team of professionals and what they provide for the community. Another 6 months has gone by and this is still the beat dental practice I know of. Professionals through and through!

Always such friendly staff! I love the fact that they are able to reach me via text messages for a quick response. As well as them now being paperless with forms etc. The dentist was never my favorite place now I look forward to the progress they are helping me make with my teeth. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! I would highly recommend it to everyone!. I've had nothing but positive experiences with Market place dental group. I had many issues with my teeth after not being to the dentist for many years. The staff worked with me so I could get the much needed work done.I have gone to Dr. Steven McEwan . He knows exactly what he's doing and is very good at his job. Overall, very warm , genuine, and trustworthy environment.

I have to say when I first drove through the parking lot. A feeling of excectance and warmth came over me. From the first call to your office. I felt I was going somewhere special. The staff was wonderful and warm. I recommend others visit for themselves. You won't be disappointed! Coming here made me want to do more to take care of my teeth. Coming here didn't feel like a dentist office. It felt like home. Thanks for the caring advice and excectance.
