Market Heights Family Dental provides a multitude of general and cosmetic dentistry services such as regular checkups, porcelain veneers, periodontal therapy and Invisalign clear braces. We do as many procedures as possible in-house, and we offer same-day emergency dental visits.
Dr. Hoang has come a long way in the dental world. When she was 12, she didnt brush her teeth for almost an entire year, and now shes a dentist! She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of St. Thomas, and then she completed her dental training at the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston. Since then, she has become certified in both nitrous oxide sedation as well as BLS. For her, the best part about being a dentist is the intertwining of art, science, and communication thats necessary to provide truly excellent care. She enjoys forming trusting relationships with each of her patients as she improves and enhances their smiles.
Dr. Hoang and her fianc met in high school, and they have been together for over 10 years. They plan on getting married in the near future and expanding their family soon after. When she isnt at the office, she likes to spend her free time painting, hiking, traveling, and embroidering.
Dr. Lim is truly an international all-star! Originally from Chonju, South Korea, she attended college in Canada and earned her dental degree in the US before finally making her way to Texas to join our practice. For her, the best part about dentistry is getting to know and interact with so many different types of people, all while giving them beautiful smiles and improving their health.
After earning a degree in biology from York University, Dr. Lim went on to graduate from the Case Western Reserve University of Dental Medicine. This was followed by completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency through the University of Tennessee, during which she earned certifications in Invisalign, nitrous oxide, and trained to provide CEREC one-visit restorations. Over the years, she has taken several continuing education courses, including ones focused on general dentistry, restorative dentistry, root canal therapy, and dental implants. She has also obtained her ABCD certification (Access to Baby and Child Dentistry).
A Texas native, Stephanie graduated from Victoria College in 2009. Today, she uses her 7+ years of experience and genuine passion for helping others to support each patients journey to improved smiles and confidence! When she isnt with our team, she loves spending time with her family, which includes her spouse, two children, and fur babies. She also enjoys traveling, baking, and distressing furniture.
Hannah joined our office in 2016, and she really enjoys taking good care of each unique patient during their cleanings. She has her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene, as well as two Associate of Science degrees and one Associate of Applied Science. Away from work, she is the proud single mom of two kids and one dog. Her favorite hobbies include scrapbooking, reading, camping, hiking, and exploring the local area. Shes always up for going to nearby events like plays, concerts, and fairs!
For more than three decades, Imelda has spent her days helping patients improve their oral health and achieve beautiful smiles. She earned her associates degree from Coastal Bend College before becoming a dental tech for the U.S. Army. She joined our team in 2020 and has been using her love for helping others at our practice ever since! In her free time, she loves hanging out with her family, watching old movies, bike riding, and camping.
Jenny has worked in the dental field since 2006, and she joined our team in 2012. She is dedicated to helping patients achieve their goals and is always willing to lend a helping hand. Jenny studied cosmetology and is certified in CPR. A native of Paola, KS, Jenny loves spending time with her fun and loving family and friends, reading, cooking, riding motorcycles, and cheering on her University of Kansas basketball team.
Lakietra was born and raised in San Antonio, so it was only natural for her to complete her studies at Concorde Career College. She graduated in 2014, and she is currently going to school to become a dental hygienist. When asked about her favorite part of her job, she shared that it is building genuine relationships with her patients. Outside the office, she enjoys lifting weights and spending time with her fun, active family!
Although Rita may be relatively new to our team, her passion for interacting with people and learning new skills has made her a perfect fit from the start. In fact, those are two of her favorite parts of her job! She earned her RDA from Vista College and has been working in the field of dentistry ever since. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her children, crafting, and watching movies.
Before joining our team, Yolanda was a Dental Assistant Instructor! She joined us in 2020 with more than 15 years of experience in the dental field under her belt. For her, making sure each and every patient has an enjoyable visit is the best part of her job. In her free time, she likes walking, hiking, and going on vacations and little getaways.
Patients who have one or more teeth visible in their smile line with minor cosmetic flaws like chips, stains, and gaps, may want to consider cosmetic bonding or contouring. Using the same high-quality versatile composite resin material used in tooth-colored fillings, were able to correct or conceal the result of a lifetime of wear and tear in one short visit to our office. The process is simple. We may remove a small amount of enamel in some cases, but the resin material is applied directly to the tooth in a malleable form. Once the dentist achieves the desired shape, a curing light is applied to the treated area to harden the composite resin. Finally, we polish and seal the treated area leaving patients with flawless smiles.

Ms Hannah (Montana) did her thing at my 1st of 2 deep cleaning appointments. I was so nervous she gave me relaxing, breathing techniques, and a stress ball/Mango to ease my "Dental Numbing" anxiety while holding my hand as I applied a Kung Fu grip. After I was numb she went to work and she had some major work to do! During my cleaning She played music that we sang along to okay I hummed, chatted about her journey to becoming a Dental Hygienist and my favorite part was the detailed oral care in-between cleanings instructions provided from mouth wash, Flossing and type of toothbrush recommended in-between cleanings. I left with a oral procedure to follow for an improvement on my overall oral Hygiene!! Awesome service from "ALL" Front desk personnel, Dr/Dentist., and my Hygienist...Hannah (Montana)

Dr Lim is AMAZING! My procedure was flawless and with much ease. Dr Lim and the entire Team are extremely caring and professional. I haven't been to Market Heights Family Dental in a while. For one reason I'm extremely fearful of going to any dentist. I've never had a bad experience here I just only had a cleaning then didn't go back, that's how fearful I am of dentist. I can't stand to hear them work on another patient. Now yesterday I started to having trouble with my tooth I called to see if they could get me in I got an appointment for today. I let them know I have terrible anxiety about dentist, that I have to be sedated. I had to call them today to see if I could come earlier because my tooth was really hurting . They allowed me to come earlier, I really appreciate that most doctors office wouldn't have done that. Everyone I encounter was extremely helpful in bringing my anxiety level down. I would definitely recommend this dentist office to anyone. I'm not as afraid as I once was thank you Letha

Imelda was amazing . She walked me through the exam since I was a new patient , the care she took with me from the moment I walked in to the moment I left ... she was extremely knowledgeable and took the extra time to not only do an effective job but put in the extra effort to tell me everything she could and didn't miss anything . She worked extremely throughly and was super communicative and provided comfortable experience I've never found anywhere else with dentistry's in the area. Amazing cleaning and when over and above with many other things of the initial process . Top rating!!!!

Market Heights has been my dentist since Spring of 2021 and the experience has been great so far. I feel like they always do a good job with my twice a year cleaning and I appreciate that they don't push me into a decision (like getting my wisdom teeth removed). Instead, they offer their advice and really makes me feel like Im the one making the decision. Also, they let me bring my baby in my carrier when I didnt have another option and had my baby wait while I got my cleaning done. Friendly and professional. Definitely recommend.

Market Heights Dental can be a great place for your comprehensive dental care. I had left because of a certain Dr. Who mistreated me and his hygienist on two different visits. But my hygienist was awesome. Sad to know that she left. I went back yesterday as they had a cancellation and they were able to fit me in. My hygienist was wonderful and explained my dental issue to the Dr. On point! The Dr was very cordial and listened and understood my dental crown problem. However, I don't think I should have to pay anything out of pocket for a crown that was not made correctly.

Hannah was so efficient and friendly on my first visit to Market Heights. She helped educate me on what stages of Periodontal Disease I have, and other important factors like flossing and helping me reduce onsets of canker sores, overbite, etc. She was very knowledgeable, explaining the need for my crown redo and root canal issue. I feel like I got all my questions answered because she was willing to answer them all in a way I could thoroughly understand. Thank you so much!

I haven't gotten my teeth cleaning in a while, so my teeth was a bit on the sore side after everything was said & done. I didn't realize that I was using the wrong toothpaste, so now I have to get the sensitive kind to replace the toothpaste I was using. Wich isn't a bad thing. But the other thing was I had to get some new fillings for some of my teeth sience I've had them in for so long that I guess it was time to get some replacement for my feelings. I'm just glad that the insurance covered my visit & they were nice about it
