I brought my children to this practice at the recommendation of our family dentist. They told me that our prophylactic exams and sealant placements were 100% covered by insurance, so I authorized them to go ahead. Then I received a bill in the mail for $1400 dollars. When I called to dispute the bill, I was told by the highly unprofessional person who answered the phone that, yes, my insurance covers 100% but that "they didn't like the amount that they received." So they decided to mark up the prices and pass it along to the patient. Unbelievable. Unprofessional. Will never return.
