Great experience. I did wait a little over 20 min to be seen, but it was quick and efficient after that. Everyone was professional, and Lori kept me updated on the wait. 100% satisfied with the service received.

I've been going to Dr. Shimao for over 20 years. We once switched to a different dentist out of convenience and learned not all dentists are the same. With Dr. Shimao, Lori and his staff you get exceptional honest service! Mahalo to you all for being so awesome!

I was referred by a friend who has been seeing Dr. Shimao for years. Her recommendation was on spot. The office is well managed that you are not waiting long. I have a family of three and they service us all on the same day. They send relevant reminders via text. My child was apprehensive of going to the dentist, but after 1 or 2 visits with Dr. Shimao and staff my child goes willingly into the examination room by himself - he even wants to go first. If you knew my child, this means a lot. Dr. Shimao and his staff WANTS the children to feel comfortable when visiting them and will not do something that may traumatize the child if they are not ready.

Dr . Shimao makes going for my 6 month check-ups a very pleasant experience. The greeting as soon as you enter to the x-ray and when you leave is so warm and happy. The staff and Dr Shimao make it a point to put you at ease. Thank you Dr Shimao and staff.

Dr. Mark Shimao is great. He is fast and is there in any emergency. If you do your part by brushing and flossing, the experience is even better. I challenge myself to get in and out of there in 15 minutes. Flossing, flossing, floss!

I've been going to Dr. Shimao since I was a kid (10 to be exact!) and have been taking my own kids to him since they were babies--they are 8 & 10 now. I refuse to go anywhere else even though we moved all the way out to Makaha! Dr. Shimao and Aunty Lori are the Best!!! :)

I enjoyed the professionalism of the female technicians that I came in contact with. They were courteous and friendly. Kelly did a great job in cleaning my teeth that I felt like sleeping. Mark and Lori are awesome people. Thank you for all the years of service to my family and I.
