I called for a new patient appointment and the woman was so rude and hung up on me. I won't go here because of that rudeness. Whoever you are you need to find another job. You're a bad reflection to this Doctor that I was referred to.

He is arrogant, bordering on being randomly hostile, and his prices are outrageous. He's also not very good- it took him 45 minutes to cement a crown back on. But he made sure to charge triple what other dentists charge- despite his lack of competence. Just a disgusting human being. I'm Batya Amit (Ed's wife)

Needed a new dentist after a move and am very happy with Dr. Weitzman. On my first visit he noticed that I needed a previous filling redone. He used plenty of numbing agent so they process was painless. Showed me photos of the filling as he was opening it, cleaning it out, and filling it. Was very confident in the work performed. Looking forward to returning.

Unable to get back home to my regular Dentist, I needed a Dentist to help me solve the pain when i chew. Mark Weitzman came highly recommended from a friend who travels across the world just to see Dr. Weitzman and his staff. I found him to be very respectfully to both me and his staff. He used a "mouth guard" during my filling repair, and it made the procedure more comfortable. I felt so comfortable in the office and with the staff i decided to get my 6 month cleaning done while i was in the office. Kelly did a fantastic job she is very attentive to detail and my teeth have never felt cleaner. You are leading a great team Dr. Weitzman keep up the great work all around!!

Unfortunately I have to update this review. Previously it was glowing and supportive as my first experiences with the office was great but that quickly turned sour when the folks at the office stopped turning up for scheduled visits. My wife waited outside the office for a full hour for her appointment calling and knocking to no avail and all calls we made went to "out of hours" call centers. When we were able to get through to someone many days later we were given no reason as to why the dentist simply didn't show up for work and still more than a week later have not received so much as a call back. I would not advise this office if you care about long term care.

I initially gave this office a very positive review, because my first two visits went very well. However, on a follow-up appointment, I arrived, called to let them know I was there (covid protocol), and was told someone would be out there shortly to get me. 20 minutes pass, nothing. I call again, am told the same thing. At a half hour I knocked, no answer. Called again, am given the same "We'll send someone out". After an hour of this, I left. I found out the next day, no one had bothered to show up to work that day, and no one had elected to inform people with appointments. The people I had been speaking to on the phone were their after-hours service, who were messaging an empty office to let me in. I spoke to the receptionist a couple of days later (they missed another appointment I had scheduled in those couple of days) and was promised that the doctor would call me and explain and apologize. It's been over a week now, still nothing. Don't book an appointment here, they may not show up.

15 years ago I walked into Dr. Weiztman's office not knowing what to expect. From the moment I walked in you could see and feel the professionalism and tell he was a top notch dentist. He followed up and followed through with everything he said. I moved away and had a horrible experience this last year with a dental issue. On a whim today I thought I would call to see if Dr. Weiztman was still practicing. His office got me in immediately and from the moment I walked in I felt that familiar security. The front desk gals helped me maneuver the paper work, then xrays and molds. The whole time Dr. Weiztman was overseeing and assuring me it's going to be okay and we will get this done to perfection. On my way out I was informed of exactly what to expect, financially and time wise. I cannot express to you enough, if you need an efficient dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Weiztman!

DOES NOT FOLLOW COVID SAFETY PROTOCOL BEWARE! I visited the office earlier this year to get help for a crown that was failing. The failing crown was placed by another dentist that relocated out of state during Covid. I told Weitzman's staff that my crown fell out three times over the weekend requiring emergency drug store glue. Weitzman's staff assured me he would be able to help. After arriving I waited for about 45 min to be brought back. I was treated by a dental assistant that seemed disorganized and disoriented. She spent 45 min trying to take X-rays of the tooth in question. During this time she failed to don new gloves and wash her hands. I had to ask her to follow PPE protocol. She was lost and asked the Hygienist to help her. The Hygienist left her patient and started touching stuff in my room without washing her hands or donning new gloves. After all that Dr. Weitzman shows up and tells me he can't treat me for my failing crown because his staff is late for lunch. Before dismissing me Dr. Weitzman brought out a photo book of cosmetic dentistry he had completed. He told me that the tooth next to the failing crown would need to be recrowned at the same time for cosmetic reasons. He told me to go home and think about how much cosmetic work I wanted done before he would work on me. A feeling of frustration came over me. I felt like I was sitting in the chair of a dirty used car salesman. Fast forward: I called to complain about the several hundred dollar bill I received. Dr. Weitzman did call to apologize for the staffs improper Infection control. He never offered to adjust the bill. You can imagine the shock to get an additional bill for $10 for PPE. I sent him a email and he never responded. I ended up finding a 5 star dentist the next week that started working on the failing crown during the first visit. Beware

Dr. Weitzman is amazing! If I could add more stars I would! He is super kind and makes sure you are fully comfortable with any procedure done. Super friendly, good luck finding a better dentist because you won't. Dr. Weitzman is the best!

Horrible dentist reccomends and performs unnecessary procedures for his own financial gain. Bait and switch does not inform patient of out of pocket exoense then bills you. Horrible work look at his own teeth, need i say more. Beware!

I had all of my front row done by Dr Mark 13 crowns. He had shown me these nice clear resin posts he was going to use in place of my old posts on both front teeth from age 12. When it was all said and done, I had one crown next to my front tooth had a crack in it. The nice clear expensive posts according to a recent dental X-ray were without question never installed in my mouth. To top it off he tried to bill me for 14 crowns, and I only had 13. So do you think I would trust Mark Weitzman ? Uh no I'm afraid not. The way I see it Mark, do the right thing and refund for the 2 posts that must have slipped your mind and forgot to install. Sarcastically speaking. We paid cash by the way. Dental lab went on vacation in the middle of it and took 2 more weeks before my crowns came in. Do the right thing Mark, send me a check for the 2 glass front posts you billed for and never put it....You know who I am. I'll leave my mailing address with your receptionist Monday.

Stopped here with my friend while passing through CA on a road trip. We called a few days before getting into town. We didn't have insurance and the receptionist was very patient and helpful in answering our questions about pricing and setting appointments. Dr Weitzman fixed my smile with some cosmetic changes. He was able to help my friend who was in pain by painlessly removing a wisdom tooth. We plan to get back to CA next time we need any major dental help.
