Friendly, reassuring, professional staff from receptionist/coordinator to the hygienist who was very skilled, thorough, yet gentle. Doctor Sheppard's attention to detail is second to none. The most thorough and comprehensive examination I have EVER had.

Doctor Sheppard and his staff are amazing. Very friendly and courteous and I feel very comfortable with them. He's been my dentist since he came to the Valley. I had a bad wisdom tooth that had to come out. The tooth fought hard to stay. He was so patient and kind until the tooth lost the battle. I will never forget my first appointment with him. It's almost like we are all family there.

Very friendly atmosphere. The staff are very warm and welcoming, very friendly. Dr. Sheppard was considerate in telling me what he was doing. He listened and addressed my concerns. I love him and his staff. I hate going to the dentist and most of the time I have anxiety. However, I had no anxiety and actually laughed. It was a uniquely wonderful and refreshing experience for a dentist appointment. I am actually looking forward to going in for my treatment in 2 weeks.

I've been going to Dr.Shephard for over10 years, and I've never once had a bad experience. He, his staff and office are consistently kind, skilled, pleasant and timely. He educates you about your dental needs, takes the time you need, and makes you smile. When something is painful, he cares, and walks you through it. He has saved my teeth many times. He's the best!

Our whole family sees Dr. Sheppard and he is the best dentist we've ever had! He is kind and does an excellent job in whatever is needed. Can't recommend him more!

We both come here for all of our dental hygienist needs. Everyone here is great and incredibly helpful! All of our appointments are as scheduled and we never wait more than a few minutes in the chair. We have never left here with any mouth pain after a cleaning or a procedure-- everyone has incredibly gentle hands. Don't forget to get some of their chapstick, it's freaking amazing!

While visiting the dentist is stressful, Dr. Sheppard is kind, has the best "chair side" manner, works quickly, shows the X-rays & explains everything. I enjoy his conversation, his assistants, the music he plays & the results he achieves. Perfect atmosphere for a nervous patient!

Dr. Shepard and his staff are amazing. Doctor Shepard was amazing super kind and gentle. I called to have a crown re-cemented after A battle with a milk dud...and they got me in that afternoon. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. Thanks once again Dr. Shepard and staff for taking such great care of me.

5 stars isn't enough. Had a filling replaced by another dentist in the valley and the bite wasn't quite right. I had pain to the point that I couldn't eat or sleep and when I went back to see him, was told that I likely needed a root canal and a crown. They referred me to an endodontist and did NOTHING to try to correct the bite. A friend referred me to Dr Sheppard and they got me in the very next week. Dr Sheppard not only put my mind at ease about not needing a root canal, he corrected the bite (free of charge) and helped ease my anxiety. He also found a cracked tooth the previous dentist had missed and took all of the time I needed to feel confident and properly informed about how to handle a bad wisdom tooth. Both Dr Sheppard and his staff were AMAZING!! THANK YOU!!

I am from Albuquerque visiting grandkids in Lewiston when I broke a tooth. Dr. Sheppard got me in the very next day and reconstructed the tooth in about an hour. No pain, no issues and I was eating normally that evening. Very pleasant experience. PS - my grandson recommends him too.

I have a huge fear of any dental procedures. In 2020 I broke a wisdom tooth in half and had a big infection that I was too afraid to deal with. I called Dr Sheppard office and spoke with Tiffany several times who got me in right away. The day I had my tooth pulled they were all very reassuring and Dr. Sheppard was very gentle and understanding I had Zero pain during and after the procedure. My experience was so good that I am actually looking forward to more visits to finish having the rest of my wisdom teeth out. Dr Sheppard is the man to go to if you have any kind of fear of dentists. I can not rave enough about how great my experience was. My husband also had a broken tooth out the week before, he previously had an awful experience with another dentist and the experience with Dr. Sheppard was also the best he's ever had. I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs. I'm on day 3 after extraction and in no pain whatsoever. Thank you Dr Sheppard, Melinda, Shannon and Tiffany you all ROCK !!
