My boyfriend referred me to Dr. Langberg and I am so glad he did! Dr. Langberg takes great joy in assisting his patients and making sure they have a comfortable experience. I felt very safe when I went in for my cleaning. I wasn't sure what to think prior to my appointment because of the pandemic. They have air filters throughout their entire building, including a personal one for all of the hygienists attached to there mask/shields that they wear, as well as Dr. Langberg. They even have a vacuum to suck out any saliva immediately while cleaning and polishing your teeth. I needed a filling replaced and went back for that too. I didn't feel a thing! Not the first or second shot and nothing during the procedure. Dr. Langberg asked me if there's anything I don't like about my teeth and I had a couple of bottom front teeth that were taller than others. He said I had enough enamel to re-shape them and he did it at that same visit, free of charge! He even said "I have so much fun doing this I should be paying you!" I'm so happy with how they came out! Everyone is so nice at this office and I highly recommend them! I'm actually looking forward to my next cleaning.

This is Dentistry at it's best!! Dr. Langberg and his team provide optimal service. I had braces as a teen; so I've experienced discomfort and pain. I've also been acquainted with Dentist who gave substandard care...I honestly feel that I have met a professional who is at the TOP OF HIS FIELD!!! I had to have a root canal done last year, along with 2 wisdom teeth pulled. I was referred to 3 Specialist and I saw for myself how Dr. Langberg was admired by his peers...by the way the Doctors referred were pretty amazing. 5 Star Dentistry!!! You will be soooo thankful you found Dr. Mark W Langberg.

I had been a patient for a few years and LOVED coming here. Awesome staff- Pia is amazing in front. I had several procedures done, from cleanings to whitening. I had need for a crown. The crown went well, but after a few days was uncomfortable. I was able to have it looked at and reset but then a few days later it was so uncomfortable that I could not eat on the left side where it was located. No worries- this happens. I waited a bit to be sure it was not just swelling. After about three weeks, I contacted the office and was given an appointment. I am not aggressive, I tend to not complain, and I simply explained that if I eat on my left side I experience extreme sharp pain that causes soreness for the rest of the day. In the exam room, the assistant spoke in an extremely condescending tone as she explained to the dentist that "she can't eat any food on her left side".. I was then told by the dentist that if I keep having problems, I will be charged.ummmmm I didn't think dentists were free Ok... I mean I wasn't looking for a hand out I just would like to be able to use my teeth...I felt like I was in the wrong..so i just let it go. I figured it was just me. I have not been able to eat on the left side for several years and have too intimidated to go back to ask and have been worried to upset another dentist. I recently made the decision to call this dentist the other day after a dental emergency where a tooth cracked (that had been filled by this dentist) and was told that I could come in that day for an emergency. They asked my last name as I said I was a patient in the past. The woman then paused and told me "I'm sorry we don't have any appointments until late next month". Lol I guess I was red flagged for having dental pain that I would have been willing to pay to have fixed despite other dentist offering this service as an extension of the initial treatment. I am NOT that patient or customer- I do NOT require much, I am NOT demanding or high maintenance, and I never have an outstanding balance. EVER. I am kind to and appreciative of the staff, and easy going. You can see by my lack of negative reviews here and on Yelp. I'm just not that lady. I am not hard to deal with and do NOT deserve to be treated this way nor do I appreciate it. My advice, is to find a dentist that doesn't punish you for having the audacity to have dental problems.

I have been a patient with Dr. Langberg more than thirty years. I have found him and the staff wonderful. I don't have a complaint. The work he does is immaculate and responsible and he explains everything. I have no plans to go anywhere else. I am totally satisfied. He also services my daughter. You don't have to wait forever. The doc and the staff are the best.

Ive been going to Dr Langberg for 3 years now. There is NEVER a wait. They always take me directly back for cleanings. I also LOVE that I am always scheduled with the same dental hygienist, Cathy. The customer service is excellent. At this point, she knows my husband and I really well. Im always amazed at the details of our lives that she remembers. Beyond those factors they do a great job handling my teeth.

What a wonderful office to go to,everyone is so welcoming and very Helpful Dr Langberg does amazing work!!! I'm ecstatic with the work he has done for me, the temporaries that I have for now are beautiful cant wait to see how everything will look when all the work is done.Thank you Dr Langberg and staff

If you need a methodical, compassionate dental professional look no further. I have a lot of dental issues and I see slot of different dentists and when they hear that I'm a patient of Dr. Mark Langberg they usually stop, look at me and say "you know, he's one of the best in the country"and I reply "you ain't telling secrets" I don't want to make him any busier but man, if you need a great dentist that will put you at ease and take awesome care of you Dr. Mark Langberg is it - he's in Cooperstown.

In for my six month check up: perfect! I had a very thorough oral cancer screening in addition to my very thorough dental cleaning. I appreciate the wonderful staff and dentist so much! It doesn't get any better than this!

Dr. Langberg has been my dentist for more than a decade, and he has kept my teeth healthy and strong for that entire period. His staff is well trained, pleasant and professional. It has been said that no one enjoys going to the dentist, but there are times when I chip at tooth, or bite my cheek, or my gums bleed, I do look forward to seeing Dr. Langberg. I also make sure that I follow his suggestions for regular appointments because when he finds that I have neglected some of my gums or teeth have a coating of tartar, I can correct those problems before my next visit.

Nice office, friendly staff, super dentist. Took care of my cosmetic emergency without an appointment on short notice. Dentist explained everything as he was doing it which I found very cool. I have some more dental work I've been neglecting to do but everyone was not judgy at all about it, completely positive experience! I'll be back.

I was the first patient for Dr. Langberg this morning ! 8:00 a. m. ! He used his highly skilled dental techniques combined with his artist talents to greatly improve the looks of my front tooth! A genius as well as an artist!
