If I could give negative stars I would do just that. Whomever the female dentist is should be fired from practice. She had by far the worst bedside manners I've seen in a long time. If you are willing to work with children than you are willing to have those difficult days. She was not only rolling her eyes at every turn she was huffing and puffing because my son was visibly terrified. I strongly recommend taking your child elsewhere.

I took my kids to Smileland dental & was not happy. They said my daughter had 8 cavities which was NOT TRUE. I knew my daughter had cavities & was gonna need Dental work done & my biggest fear was to leave her in a room with people she don't know drilling & poking at her. She is only 4 years old. I wanted a second opinion. So I found this place who allow you back with your children. On her first visit for X-rays & to see what needed to be done they told me the amount of cavities she had which was way less than what I was told by another office. So that was a plus! I knew they weren't lying or after my $$$$. Everyone was really nice. So I made further appointments to get her cavities worked on. I was told to make 3 appointments back to back in a week gap in case all the work wasn't done which I did. 2 out of the 3 appointments all her dental work was done. So on the 1st appointment for her dental work everything went well. They worked on her Right side & got it done. The Dental assistant named Samantha was so sweet & nice & reassuring to my Daugther needs. No complaints about the lady Dentist who worked on her either she was good. On my daughter 2nd appointment it was Amazingggggg!!!!! She was seen by a Different Dentist there. DDS. Estacio, assisted by Samantha again (I did notice the difference between Him & the Lady Dentist how they do things) but Mr. Estacio was super quick, very nice, informative & look soft handed & made sure my daughter was fully numb before starting any work on her. Top & Bottom on left side. He literally said I'm almost done with this tooth I'm gonna count to 10 & I'll be done with it & he did & was. I noticed this time She didn't seem like she was in much pain opposed to the first time she would flinch prob cause she wasn't as numb. My daughter is a very strong girl though so she's not much of a complainer. Bottom line is Very Satisfied recommend DDS. Estacio. No bad experience here. Also every time I've been there the wait in waiting room isn't long at all. Maybe 15 the most. There is only one Downfall to book an appointment it does take some time to get in there.

You will have to wait months to get in mise well read my review. Went and was just ok with service but they charge more then my dentist did for certain things. So it eats up their insurance allowance. Time will tell how good a job the work is but the cleaning I give a D cause my kids really needed a good solid cleaning which they didn't do till there like 2nd and ones 3rd visit the problem is if u wanna get your kid in before their tooth that needs a filling falls out from waiting to get in to see them. They say "oh once there seen once then they get faster appts NOT TRUE. I had to change my kids app today cause I actually had to see dentist cause I awoke up with hall my face swollen like a chickmunk . Being I have 3 of my kids but have had 4 go there before for them to tell me 3 months till they can see them. I already waited 2 just to get them in there. I called my old dentist I forgot about. So great and got us right in! Forget them! Lost my family and $$$$
