Dr. Rosenstein is a wonderful dentist. He has been caring for my family's teeth for many years and he never disappoints. He will recommend additional procedures only if absolutely necessary and is conservative in making those decisions. We greatly respect him. He is also friendly.

I just had a much delayed checkup with the Mark Rosenstein . His office is clean, professional and equipment and protocols are in place to make sure everything is as safe as possible. I've been going here for over two years and by far this has been the best dentist experience in my 50 years - which is saying a lot given the extra steps needed because of Covid. I don't feel like I'm part of a factory or that the dentist is going through the motions. He does the cleanings, x-rays, etc. himself.

I can't say enough about Dr. Rosenstein. After years of being with a dentist with whom I was not satisfied, Dr. Rosenstein was recommended to me, and it has made a world of difference. He listens to patients' needs and takes his time, making one feel at ease. In addition, the staff is polite and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Rosenstein. He is an excellent dentist and wonderful human being!

This dentist is an absolute jerk... Decided to charge customers for using PPE during a pandemic... I'm sorry you don't make enough money from patients you need to gouge them with a PPE surge price. He is completely unflexible with schedule changes and is just not a nice person... take your business elsewhere.

I highly recommend Dr. Mark Rosenstein. I've been his patient for 3 1/2 years and have been nothing but satisfied with his work and demeanor. I have been going through some extensive reconstructive work. Dr. Rosenstein has used all of this experience (and then some) to navigate this very tricky work and has found an answer for every roadblock we have encountered. I believe that many would have given up but he has preserved and made the process bearable and the final outcome on the horizon. He is very calming in his demeanor and has walked me through every step and option along the way. I never got anxious coming to his office before and still don't now as we go through this pandemic. I look forward to many years of regular checkups once this current work is done.

Zero stars. This office is incompetent. Three times I had my NYC dentist send them my dental x-rays. Three times they told me they received them but did not in fact save them because they waited too long to download and the link expired. The day before my appointment the assistant calls me and asks if I need to make an appointment. I told them my appointment is set for tomorrow and the assistant says oh I am sorry I meant to call your wife but I have your number input as her number. Then I ask whether they have my x-rays and the assistant says she does not think so but maybe they are in the chart and the doctor has them. Then she says it is ok anyway because the doctor does not need the x-rays for the exam. So I asked then why did I spend hours on the phone and email with my NYC dentist and your office getting you the x-rays you requested when the doctor did not need them. Then Dr. Rosenstein gets on the phone with me and angrily asks what I want him to do for me. I have never encountered such mismanagement and absence of customer service from a medical provider. It was such a hassle to deal with them, I decided not to move forward with my appointment after months of trying to get them my x-rays. Spare yourself this needless customer service nightmare! Dr. Mark Rosenstein is one of the best thing that ever happened to my family & me. Unlike one dentist I had the misfortune of having work on me, Mark Rosenstein is super qualified, super professional & super ethical! I recommend him highly.

Caveat emptor! Dr. Rosenstein and his assistant Melissa engage in, what I feel are, unethical billing practices. I suspect they know beforehand that your insurance will only partially cover restorative services and will charge the difference. The result for me was: a $480 bill placed in collections; threats of lawsuits for defamation; the blame put on me for expecting a honest and forthcoming dentist that discusses costs before services are rendered and doesn't seem to enjoy blindsiding insured customers with surprise bills. I urge you wholeheartedly to find alternative dental services. There are plenty of great dentists out there who uphold ethical standards, believe in exemplary customer service and don't abuse the legal system to compensate for what they lack in aforementioned customer service.
