Dr. Bierma was great. I am a whimp when it comes to pain and going to have work done on my teeth. My root canal was painless. Oh, what a relief!!! Vince

A very professional office with a fantastic doctor and staff! They did a great job of finding the source of my problem, he explained my options and recommended what he though was the best option and went right to work and fixed the problem. I was very pleased with the entire experience. I would highly recommend Dr Bierma.

I visited the office due to a referral for a previous root canal done at my regular dentist office that looked to have failed. I was anxious about the visit and, of course, not looking forward to needing a root canal redone. The office called a few days ahead of time to let me know there was a 90% chance I would need the root canal redone, but that after my exam we could discuss the best options for me. They penciled me on the same day of my appt for the tentative work. At my exam, it looked like a root canal was the best option. I was very nervous, but knew that I shouldn't put it off and decided to go forward with the work while I was in the office. I have had two previous root canals and both were very unpleasant. After both, I had jaw problems, headaches, and pain. I was bracing myself for the days ahead. On the day of the procedure, it took some time, but they made me very comfortable without any sedation (just local anesthetic) and I was able to close my mouth when I needed to rest my jaw. They used a barrier to prevent any unpleasant "debris" from touching the rest of my mouth and I never experienced any pain or bad tastes during the procedure. They provided headphones so I could distract myself and provided clear and simple instructions for what to expect that day and in the days to come. I left the office feeling good. I worked all day and didn't feel much more than a small ache. My jaw didn't hurt at all and I didn't get any headaches. A few days later I had zero tenderness and was finally able to realize how much the tooth had been bothering me prior to the root canal. I didn't even realize the tooth was hurting me that bad until after I had the work done and now I feel great and pain free. It was a great experience and I am so happy I visited this office. I can't thank them enough.

Dr. Mark is great - he explained everything to me and took good care of me. His office is hi-tech with computers and awesome TVs in the rooms on the ceiling to watch with cordless headphones during appointments. That was nice. I recommend this office for root canals, they care about the patient and are all around a good place.

I had multiple traumatic dental experiences as a child. I have a very difficult time with dental procedures. I have had some good dental experiences as an adult but still remain pretty "tense" about any procedure. Dr Bierma's dental work and "chairside" manner was truly the best i have received in my 50+ years of dental work. The office staff was wonderful and ran on time. All my questions were answered prior to beginning. They took my allergies seriously and checked every product. I don't think I have ever left a dentists office quite so grateful.
