Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental history and evaluate your oral health. We will explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment. Our team will be happy to answer any questions you might have.

We use the latest equipment and laser technology and uphold the strictest sterilization techniques in our office. We know that some patients may feel anxious about their visit to the dentist. That is why it is our goal to make your visit with us as pain and anxiety free as possible. From the moment you walk into our office, you will receive a warm and friendly greeting from our staff.
We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards towards payment. We also offer low interest or no interest financing through CareCredit. We participate with many dental insurance plans, including Anthem, Benecare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Foxwoods, Guardian and UnitedHealthcare. If your insurance is not listed, please call us and ask because we may accept it.

Some of our senior hygiene staff have decided to end their careers in light of the covid-19 pandemic and retire. Kim and Marge have been with us for 30 and 17 years respectively. We are sorry to see them retire but thank them for their many years of service.

Dr. Longobardi is an amazing dentist. I'm a person who is terrified of needles and whenever I need work and need novacaine I never feel a thing. He knows how to calm my nerves, he is a funny guy. Dr. Longobardi is lucky to have such an awesome staff from his assistants to his hygienist especially the the girls at the front desk who are very knowledgeable of the insurances he participates with. He also has a young lady who speaks spanish and can translate for me whenever I need it. I highly recommend this office for the quality care I receive and for the exceptional patient service.

I have had a lifetime dental phobia. So I always put off taking care of my teeth. Eventually it caught up with me and I needed a emergency extraction. I called Dr..Longobardi and they got me in right away and took care of me. I thought I was going to need some sort of anesthesia. All he did was give me novacaine and tooth was out in a matter of minutes, completely painless. He gave me a prescription for strong ibuprofen, no need for any opiate pain killers Now I have given him my complete trust and he is my full time dentist! The office staff and technicians are great and always give you a complete explanation of what to expect during your visit . Five 's!

Dr Longobardi is excellent, very professional. The office staff is great. In the past I would not look forward to dental visits at all, but now I do! Dr Longobardi and his staff explain everything and are extremely kind and respectful. Clinically, Dr Longobardi is very skilled, he is gentle, and uses just the right amount of numbing medication so I don't have a droopy face for hours (but don't feel anything during the procedure). He is my favorite dentist because he is the best! (This is not a paid promotion:))
