Dr. Mark Hannah graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in May of 1981. He then was accepted into Georgetown University School of Dentistry in Washington, D.C., and graduated in May of 1985. During his education at Georgetown University Dr. Hannah did an internship at the Gorman Dental Clinic at the Georgetown University Hospital. At that time, Dr. Hannah practiced in the Dental Clinic that was the covering clinic for the Dental School. Emergency patients were treated for a broad spectrum of immediate needs dental care.
Dr. Hannah is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Monmouth-Ocean Dental Society. Dr. Hannah is also a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and has recently received his Fellowship. Dr. Hannah has been in private practice for over twenty years. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Hannah spends time with his three sons, Marcus, Jared and Andrew. He is an avid tennis player, skier and pianist. He resides in Manasquan and has always sought to maintain a local solo dental practice at the New Jersey Shore.

We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.

I was eating breakfast while on vacation in Spring Lake and a veneer from a front tooth came off. This left me with half of the original, discolored tooth and an empty space below it. Since we were driving home that day, I called my regular dentist. I explained the situation and was given an appointment for a week later! My husband called an officiating colleague from the area and was referred to Dr. Hannah. Considering the current situation, I wasn't very optimistic. I called the office and explained the situation. To my great surprise and delight, Dr. Hannah agreed to see me that same day! The office staff was professional and courteous, and they had exceptional screening and sanitation procedures in place. Dr. Hannah couldn't have been nicer, and his work was excellent! When he was finished, the veneer looked as good as new and I was smiling once again! If he wasn't so far from my home, he would definitely be my new dentist!

Dr. Hannah has been my family's dentist for 21 years. He is a perfectionist and it shows in every aspect of his practice. Before performing any work on my teeth, he talks to me and explains the procedure in detail. His enthusiasm for his work is remarkable. Throughout any procedure he continually asks how I'm doing. He genuinely cares about his patients, their comfort and takes the time to get to know us beyond our oral health. Dr. Hannah & his staff are the best! I drive over 1/2 hr just to go to him even though he isn't even in my dental plan. Tried others 5 mins away from me that were in my plan & decided he is worth paying the extra for!!

Excellent dentist and staff! I've been a patient for 20 years and even when i moved away from Spring Lake Hts I continued to go to Dr. Hannah. It's not always fun to get your teeth worked on but they have fun doing it so you can't help but smile when you're there!

My tooth broke late last night and I called Dr. Hannah's office this morning. I thought that I would need a crown or possibly loose the tooth and need an implant. If nothing else, I thought it would take several visits to fix my problem. Within an hour of arriving at Dr. Hannah's office, he had the tooth cleaned up and was able to rebuild it completely. I was in NO pain at any time and out the door in 60 mintues. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Hannah. He is a meticulous doctor and takes extreme pride in his work.

I have been coming to see Dr. Hannah and his wonderful staff for the past 9 years. I truly enjoy coming in for my 6 month cleanings and check ups and when I walk through the door, I feel that this is the happiest place on earth! Dr. Hannah promotes proper oral hygiene and doesn't make you feel pressured to have major work done, like some other dentists that I've gone to. I was referred to Dr. Hannah by a friend and I have referred others as well and they all have great things to say. All in all, I've always had a great experience visiting Dr. Hannah and his staff!
