Dr. Brown and Dr. Pinkus bring with them a wealth of orthodontic knowledge and experience that will continue our patient care at the highest level. You will be interested to know that Dr. Brown and Dr. Pinkus are engaged and have a wedding planned in August 2022. Together they love travel, visiting Disney World, playing tennis and trying new restaurants. You will meet Dr. Brown on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Dr. Pinkus on Mondays and Wednesdays. Dr. Brown and Dr. Pinkus are super excited about joining such a wonderful team and look forward meeting you soon!

Dr. Mark Schwitz is a Board-Certified Orthodontist, and has been in private practice in Marlboro and Howell since 1985. The profession of orthodontics is his passion. His primary goal is to see that each family in his office has the most positive experience they have ever had in a healthcare environment.

Dr. Schwitz grew up on Long Island, New York, where his father, Dr. Sydney Schwitz, was also a Board-Certified Orthodontist. Dr. Schwitz credits his father with teaching him how to be a true professional by treating everyone he came into contact with on a daily basis exactly the same-with dignity and respect.

Dr. Schwitz attended the University of Pennsylvania, and graduated in three years with a Bachelor of Arts. He obtained his Doctorof Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry. After completing an orthodontic residency at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dentistryhebecame a specialist in Orthodontics. He is certified by the American Board of Orthodontics.

Dr. Schwitz received the American Association of Orthodontists Award for Exceptional Interest in the Development of the Oral-Facial Complex, and gave a presentation at the Greater New York Dental Meeting entitled How to Create Extraordinary Teamwork in Your Office.

Dr. Schwitz continues to attend many advanced orthodontic education programs each year to keep him in the forefront of orthodontics. He attended the University of Washington Orthodontic Mini-Residency and the Invisalign Intensive Fellowship and is a member of the National Dental Research Network.

When hes not at the office, Dr. Schwitz enjoys walking the boardwalk, skiing, and hiking. He lives in Manalapan with his wife Lynne. He has two sons,Scott, a graduate of Middlebury College and Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School; and Corey, a graduate of Bucknell University and Columbia University Business School. Dr. Schwitz is proud to be an Eagle Scout and a life member of the National Eagle Scout Association.

He is proud to have assembled and trained one of the most talented and dedicated orthodontic teams in the world. The combination of years of experience and positive attitude provides a wonderful experience for anyone who visits our office.

Jodi began her journey with Dr. Schwitz as a child. Her orthodontic treatment plan was extensive, and included a palatal expander, headgear, extractions, and braces. Jodis desire to help others receive exceptional orthodontic care and outstanding results led to her career as an orthodontic assistant. Having been self-conscious about her smile before Dr. Schwitz treated her, Jodi understands the positive impact orthodontic treatment has on a patients confidence. She demonstrates caring empathy to the children she assists in treating and is committed to her work. Jodi plays animportant role in the training and education of our offices clinical orthodontic assistants.

Jodi enjoys celebrating the day of brace removal with the patients. She loves seeing our patients become confident in their new and improved smileand excited to share it with the world! She also enjoys watching children grow during the very exciting time of adolescence.

Not only was Jodi a patient of Dr. Schwitz, but her nephew and cousins are as well! Jodi's son Michael, also a patient of Dr. Schwitz, is enjoying high school with a new Team Schwitz smile! Her free time is spent enjoying time with her husband Mike and son Michael. Jodi can be found on the beach or paddling at the beautiful Jersey Shore in the summer.

Jackie joined Dr. Schwitzs practice in 2011 and quickly became an exceptional member of the business team. She utilizes her previous administrative assistant experience to benefit the patients and the practice. Jackie is happy to assist our families with insurance submission, account information, scheduling, and all behind-the-scenes responsibilities that create a terrific experience for our patients.

She finds it gratifying to work with families through the completion of their financial obligation and to work out flexible options to address individual needs. Jackie finds it easy to interact with the patients and their families because they are such friendly people to assist!

Jackies children, Tyler and Amanda, were patients of Dr. Schwitz, and that sparked her interest in the practice. Jackie found the environment to be especially enjoyable and appreciated the friendliness of the staff at each visit. She also found Dr. Schwitz to be a very talented and extremely well-trained orthodontist with a wonderful demeanor that her children enjoyed.

Jackies family brings her much joy. She spends as much free time as she can with her husband Steve, daughter Amanda, and son Tyler.You may find her out and about on the weekend, shopping and dining with friends and family!

Julie joined our clinical team in 2016 and very quickly made astrong contribution with excellent clinical skills and a fantastic attitude. She was looking for a career in which she could learn and grow in an environment where the support and encouragement of a true team would bring a unique opportunity. Julie hit the ground running and finds true reward in watching the growth of patientsconfidence as their beautiful smiles emerge. She enjoys developing a rapport with our patients and their families. Julie contributes to the positive orthodontic experience that Team Schwitz is known for.

Julie enjoys spending her free time with her husband Stephen and their puppy Maya as well as with family and friends. When you see her smiling face in our clinical area, she might look familiar, as she works side-by-side with her twin sister, Nikki!

In 2017, Team Schwitz warmly welcomed Nikki as a member of our team. Nikki has a professional background in both general and cosmetic dentistry. She excelled during our very rigorous Team Schwitz clinical training program and very quickly made a strong contribution. She believes that everyone deserves to smile with confidence!

Nikki, a Manalapan High School graduate, is back in New Jersey after living in North Carolina and having her son Brody. She loves spending time with him and her family. She enjoys cooking and going to the gym.

Nikki enjoys watching our patients grow and progress in their treatment, and offering her support and encouragement. She feels the greatest reward is seeing the excellent results and their confident smiles. When you see her smiling face, she may look familiar; her twin sister Julie is also a clinical assistant in our office!

Kristen joined our clinical team in 2019 and came to Team Schwitz with a background in the healthcare industry. With her positive attitude and wonderful sense of humor, she has quickly become a very important member of the Team. Kristen learned quickly during her experience during the rigorous Team Schwitz clinical training program. Kristen grew up locally and is a graduate of Marlboro High School.

Kayla joined our team with a strong desire to learn new career skills. From her very first day, she made a strong contribution to our clinical team and passed the challenging Team Schwitz Clinical Training Program and Dental Radiology Exam with flying colors.

Jackie is a graduate of Brick High School and the dental assisting program at Ocean County College. She excelled during the rigorous Team Schwitz Clinical Training Program, passed her Dental Radiology exam, and quickly became an important part of our clinical team.

Reena chose Team Schwitz for her career because she knew right away that this was the perfect place for someone who believes in working in a positive environment with fantastic teamwork. Reena has a professional background in the Event Production and Management industry and is absolutely thrilled that she made this career change into Orthodontics.

Reenas favorite part of her job is meeting new patients with their families and getting to know them individually. You will likely meet Reena on your first visit to our office, making everyone comfortable and helping everyone get off to a fun, wonderful start towards our goal of a beautiful smile!

Tiffany grew up in Freehold Borough and is a graduate of Ball State University. She is Certified in Dental Radiology, and excelled during the demanding Team Schwitz Clinical Training Program. Tiffany has made a strong contribution and isa wonderful addition to our clinical team.

Tiffany enjoys seeing our patients gain confidence during their treatment and providing encouragement and support on their visits to our office. Tiffany had a palatal expander and braces as a teenager and knows how important it is to make patients feel comfortable.
