He is highly trained receiving his dental degree from Northwestern University Dental School and then completing a two year general practice residency specializing in cosmetic and implant reconstruction. He also ran the Dental & Oral & Maxillofacial surgery department at NorthShore University Skokie Hospital for over 15 years. I am new to Dr. Landau and his office. My dentist of 30+ years retired and luckily I was referred to Dr. Landau. I started with him in May and I cannot say enough about the quality of his work and the caring service of everyone in the office. They are all responsive, talented and highly professional. When an emergency arises, they respond quickly and with care. If a referral is needed, that provider is also excellent. I referred both my husband and my daughter to his practice.

I have been going to Dr. Landau since 1994. As a youth, I did not have pleasant experiences with my dentist at that time.nWorking with Dr. Landau and his staff has been a wonderful experience. His office is calming. The staff are very friendly, professional and efficient. Dr. Landau takes a proactive approach to oral health, rather than crisis intervention with all updated technology. This is the most pleasant and efficiently run medical office I have ever gone to, and you aren't going to find a better dentist anywhere. He is not only a highly skilled practitioner, but his artistic talents and perfectionism make him the only choice for any cosmetic work. I have been going to Dr. Landau for a long time as a general dentist, and always appreciated the office, friendly staff, how comfortable they made me feel. Then last year he did some cosmetic work, replacing a couple of old crowns and I was AMAZED at the outcome - I should have done this years ago! I went from being self conscious about my teeth to smiling all the time. The best.

I am ever grateful that Dr. Landau and I happen to cross paths. If I could give 10 stars that would not begin to tell you that Dr. Landau is a genius. My teeth are extremely important to me as I am in the dental field as well. I chipped my front tooth and I needed to go to the best and I did. I walked in and the office is very safe during these uncertain times. There were air filters in every treatment room and it's spotless. Dr. Landau is a very caring and kind doctor. If it is your first appointment he will sit chair side and just have conversation and get to know you, it's very rare to find a provider that is both excellent at what he does and so super nice! He absolutely loves what he does and it very much shows in the results. The office staff is friendly and they would do anything to make you comfortable. It's very nice to find a doctor who will be on your team for the long run.

If I could give a 10 Star review I would, that's how happy I am that I switched from my previous dentist. I was recently referred to Dr. Landau and my experience was fantastic. Dr. Landau and the entire staff were all friendly and kind from the moment I walked in. I told my hygenist Ruthie, I have never had such a thorough cleaning of my teeth. A huge difference between the cleanings I previously had. She took the time to reteach me how to floss properly and told me about intra-oral photos; something that was never offered to me in the past. I'm thrilled that I made the switch and have already referred my friends and family!

I am smiling again. Inhibitions are gone. My top, front 4 teeth were suffering from discoloration and aging of prior dental work. I noticed this in photos and in the mirror. Dr. Mark J. Landau is the finest dentist I have ever seen. His specialty in cosmetic and restorative work is unparalleled, as I recently had to have a bridge and crown made for a front tooth. As a dancer and choreographer who performs regularly, my appearance is critically important, and the result left me ecstatic. Dr. Landau is a perfectionist in matching color, size and shape to adjoining teeth. In addition, the office staff are welcoming and warm, and dental assistant Katie is professional, yet friendly. I fell and broke my front 4 teeth, and thank goodness I knew of Dr. Landau. He had me come into his office that afternoon and stayed through the evening to temporarily repair my teeth, managed my subsequent visits to endodontist and periodontist, and ended up creating 4 crowns that actually are an improvement over the look of my original teeth. He is kind and compassionate, but also a great doctor and a great artist - a combination of attributes that I needed. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Dr. Landau is by far the most incredible dentist practicing today. I have had extensive dental work done throughout my years, however, there has never been a more conscientious, gentle, caring, excellent dentist and gentleman. Your needs are his priority. Your comfort and understanding are most important. His staff are all highly trained, not only professionally, but emotionally as well. It would be hard to find a more gracious, patient, and kind group of assistants. This office is stress free! I highly recommend Dr. Landau and his entire staff, for all your dental needs.
