I have arrived and waited at 3 different apts only for dr Parker to not bother to show up all 3 times. The first time was in 2021 and these past two times, have been this week (sept 2022) - 2 days in a row... all the ladies there are beyond wonderful and go above and beyond. But I won't be back ever again.

My first few experience was great, I spent too much money to not be satisfied. My mouth was measured for dentures, he obviously adjusted the measurements and made my dentures by his adjustment. I tried to get them to fix them and each time I went their was a price attached to it, I went back numerous times,now I'm stuck with teeth that don't fit. Definitely no recommendations from me.

This is a great place. EVERYONE IS AMAZING HERE! Mr parker is great with kids. His nurses are super sweet! Will recommend everyone!

Dr. Parkers office is the absolute best! I have always been so terrified of going to the dentist or having a tooth pulled! But he was so gentle and I didn't feel a thing and his assistants are just AMAZING!!

Dr. Parkers office is the absolute best! I have always been so terrified of going to the dentist or having a tooth pulled! But he was so gentle and I didn't feel a thing and his assistants are just AMAZING!!

Dr Parker is a great dentist cares alot about his patients. I went in to have teeth extracted he found a few more problems I had and took care of all my problems in one visit I recommend him to anybody for any type of dental problems

Unfortunately I have to leave this rating. The staff is wonderfully friendly, however the service is extremely slow. They got us back to start 30 after our appts. They misinformed us regarding our insurance. Both my husband and I got regular fillings. Just two and I couldn't eat on that side of my mouth for a week. The fillings were rough and a little sloppy. Left the whole tooth rough. I could pick off excess with my fingernail.

My family and I saw Dr Parker and his office for regular check-ups and follow-ups for fillings. The staff is generally wonderful and the Dr is friendly and efficient. Unfortunately there are many shortcomings and we will not return. I've never had a problem with my teeth despite having 2 small cavities too minor to be corrected according to my previous dentists. Having had my teeth "treated" by Dr Parker's office now, unlike before treatment, they are uncomfortable, sometimes hurt, and are rough and unfinished-feeling. I feel like my teeth are worse now than before. The office also made a mess of our billing, either being unaware of our insurance coverage details despite having called the agent to verify coverage specifics, or choosing to withhold the knowledge that insurance would not fully cover our treatment. I was understandably shocked when I received a bill that approached 4 digits when I knew my coverage should have been nearly 100%. I suspect but cannot verify that the office administrator knew those details but chose to withhold the details of my bill until after treatment was rendered knowing that I would have understandably canceled my appointments. Lastly, and perhaps least importantly, the equipment is old. I appreciate frugality and economy, but the staff were discussing equipment failing and falling apart, needing repair or replacement, and other issues. Even the Dr seemed impressed that a particular drill had not "come apart like the others." In short I feel like although the staff is friendly the treatment was substandard and the billing agent less than honest. We won't be back.

Unfortunately we were never able to meet Dr. Parker. My 6 year has Autism & extreme anxiety over dr visits. We informed the staff ahead of time that he might not be able to go through with the cleaning at the same time as his sister & may need to watch first etc. After waiting for 10 minutes to get checked in he was melting down & I asked for my license & ins cards back & that we would have to reschedule. Despite his very obvious distress, I was rudely told I would be charged $75 per child to reschedule. I told her he was having an Autistic meltdown & could she please work with me. She immediately went cold, wrote a name on a paper, handed it to me & told me I had to go to Hattiesburg instead. Stunned, I asked why several times. I wanted to know why they were so rude & not able to see my son because of his disability. I kept asking & she replied. "you are dismissed" NEVER in my life have I been treated so disrespectfully & my heart is broken at the discrimination of my special needs child. The dentist seems to have good reviews but sadly his staff is awful :(

I have major dental ANXIETY! I can assure you, his chair-side mannerism, his willingness to 'listen' to the anxiety issue at hand, his calming ability to address the plan of action and convey the outcome is wellllll worth the visit to Dr. Parker's Office. PS --- His staff treats ya like FAMILY! Kisses & Hugs and ALL !!!!!
