Took my 3 children in for their 6 month schedule cleaning. When we arrived at the appointment I was asked by the dentist if I wanted them to clean their teeth which was the reason we were there. Than I was referred else where to have sealants done. When I took my kids to have Sealants put on as recommended I was told that all their teeth have already had sealants and it was not needed. My other son had a cavity the dentist never even mentioned. After seeing another dentist I called to see if an exam was even done like I was told. The person I spoke to was not helpful and VERY rude. She stated the doctor must have overlooked it. I can see possibly over looking sealants on one child however how do you over look sealants on all 3 children and miss a cavity. An exam was never done. Instead of apologizing the receptionist said we normally don't see children and you should stay with young at heart. I have took my kids there before for cleanings and was never told that they do not see children. They should probably tell you that before scheduling children. Never have I ever had a worse experience then this. This place is definitely a complete waste of time especially if you are planning to take your children to this dentist.

Steel City Dental has a great staff !!! This dental office helps you out if your insurance is covered through them or not, they will work with you no matter the situation and help you make the right decisions. I HATE the dental appointments and dread every time I have to make an appointment but after my experience at Steel City Dental I know how easy and comforting it is going to be. Dr. Fincher and staff are fantastic! They see you timely and don't herd you through like cattle. Dr. Fincher stays with you until the service is completed instead of going back and forth between multiple patients. That is very important to me. Quality dental work and not pushy about trying to get you to spend money on dental work you don't need. Thank you.

Great dentist, knowledgeable and friendly. It's hard to tell because you can't see what's happening, but the process was explained well and it felt like care was taken on every step. Highly recommend.

Beautiful clean office i was called back in a timely matter. Dr's were super nice and gentle while doing my dental work. Highly recommend this office!!
