Mark attended dental school at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and after graduating from dental school, he made the move to Alaska permanently with his wife and partner, Andrea. Mark has practiced in his own office here in Anchorage since 2000, but he has worked previously as a dental associate for a number of years. Mark is also proud to have worked at the Alaska Native Medical Center.
Mark is an avid outdoorsman. He spends many hours chasing steelhead with a flyrod and camping in remote corners around the state with his wife and two daughters. He also loves to ski and snowboard and follow Big Ten Conference sports!
Andrea attended dental school at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She went on to work with the U.S. Air Force for a year in a general practice residency before marrying Mark Silverman in 1996. Prior to opening this practice with her husband, she served as a general dentist for three years at Elmendorf Air Force Base.
