Dr. Hill was raised in a small farming community and moved to Greensboro in the 1980's. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1992 and also completed post-baccalaureate studies at the same in 1995. Dr. Hill attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery withHonors in 2000. Upon graduation from Dental School he was recognized with several awards includingThe Crest Award for Excellence in Dentistry for the Elderly andThe North Carolina Academy of General Dentistry Outstanding Senior Student Award. He was also inducted intoOmicron Kappa Upsilonwhich is a dental fraternity that recognizes scholastic excellence and exemplary traits of character. In 2009 he earned aFellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. In 2019 he earned aFellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.Dr. Hill is proficient in and enjoys all aspects of the practice of general dentistry. Over the years he has practiced in different arenas to hone these skills. In particular he enjoys fixed prosthodontics, endodontics and oral surgery. Dr. Hill is married to Gretchen. They have three wonderful daughters named Jordan, Sydney and Maggie. Dr. Hill enjoys cycling, reading and spending time with his family.

Laurie began working at our Practice in 2000. She has 29 years experience in Dental Hygiene. In 1986 she obtained her Dental Hygiene degree from Tunxis Community College in Farmington, Connecticut. Laurie brings experience, compassion, attention to detail, and an upbeat personality to her work. Having worked in her native state of Connecticut and also in Vermont, Laurie has made North Carolina her home since 1998. She enjoyed raising her children in Summerfield and now calls Madison home with her husband Scott. Her daughter Kirstin is an English teacher locally, and her son Cam is a Corporal with the U. S. Marines. In her free time, Laurie is very active at her church, and enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, bicycling, and exercise classes.

Ashley obtained her degree in Dental Hygiene from Guilford Technical Community College in 2009. She began her career at an office in Greensboro, where she gained 8 years of experience. A lifelong resident of Eden, she is happy to now be close to home working here in Madison. Ashley values building positive relationships with patients and providing them with the best care possible. In her spare time she enjoys being active at her church, spending time with her family and friends, and traveling with her husband, Brandon.

Gaye is our lead dental assistant. She began her dental assisting career through the military while living in Italy in 1986 through the Red Cross Volunteer Dental Assistant Program. Returning to the US in 1987 she began honing her dental assisting skills in the area. She joined our Practice in 1996. Gaye has a wealth of knowledge and experience. She keeps the clinical area of our Practice organized and running smoothly. Born in North Carolina but raised with a father in the military, Gaye has lived and traveled all over the United States and Europe. She lives in Sandy Ridge with her husband Garry and their children Garrett and Lora. Her eldest son, Doug passed away in 2004. Gaye's children are gifted athletes and she enjoys going to their sporting events which include football, basketball, track and travel softball. She also enjoys working in her flower beds.

Gretchen Hill is our bookkeeper and Administrative Supervisor. Married to Dr. Hill she assists behind the scenes helping staff and working on other projects for our Practice. She is a Registered Nurse having received her Associates Degree from GTCC in 1998. Growing up in Oak Ridge, Gretchen graduated from Northwest High School. Later working in Home Health, she spent years seeing patients in Rockingham, Stokes, Forsyth and Guilford counties. Family time with Dr. Hill, and daughters Jordan, Sydney and Maggie is Gretchen's most enjoyable past-time in addition to enjoying reading, crafts and watching movies.

Kathleen joined our practice in August 2016 and in 2021 took on the position of Front Desk Coordinator. She earned an Associate's Degree in Arts from Rockingham County Community College in 2009. She also earned her certificate from Piedmont Dental Assistants, Inc. to begin her journey into the field of dentistry. She is a lifelong resident of Reidsville and in her spare time Kathleen and her husband Josh enjoy dirt track racing, traveling to the mountains and spending time with their wonderful daughter, Paisley.
