Dr. Waring is passionate about continuing education. He is a member of numerous dental organizations and is constantly updating his knowledge of dental advancements in all aspects of periodontal and implant therapy.
He is also the director of two local study clubs, the Smile Synergy Study Club for dentists and the Extreme Hygiene Study Club for dental hygienists. These clubs are local chapters of the national Seattle Study Club organization.
The All-On-4 Treatment Concept was developed to provide edentulous patients (patients with no teeth) with an efficient and effective restoration using only four implants to support an immediately loaded full-arch prosthesis.
With the All-On-4 Treatment Concept, our patients benefit from immediate implant-supported restoration, as a temporary tooth restoration is screwed onto the implants right after surgery. Final solutions for the All-On-4 Treatment Concept include both fixed prostheses, such as NobelProcera Implant Bridge Titanium with acrylic veneering, or individual NobelProcera crowns cemented to the bridge framework, and removable solutions, such as acrylic overdentures on a NobelProcera Implant Bar Overdenture.

Dr. Waring is the most brilliant and caring dentist I have come across. I had an extremely complicated case requiring multiple implants that took a protracted period of time. Dr. Waring went out of his way to address all my concerns and took care of every aspect of my treatment to ensure that I have the best smile. He and his team are so wonderful, friendly and loving that I switched to his practice to get my regular cleaning done through his expert dental hygienists who know how to clean around dental implants and bridges without compromising other teeth. He is definitely the best dentist in Arizona to get implants placed and he refers you to the best dentists for crown placements. I really feel I have a million dollar smile and I couldn't have hoped for anything better then this. Really really grateful that I came across Dr. Waring who gave me my smile and also my confidence back.

I was referred to Dr Waring by a local dentist. On the walls of the office were awards and commendations for being an outstanding dentist. It was accurate. Dr Waring extracted my tooth, placed the implant painlessly, but also offered detailed explanations. His staff was also pleasant, professional, and competent. This office has its act together. I cannot think of any part of my interaction that wasn't outstanding.

I recently visited Dr. Waring's office for an initial comprehensive exam and assessment. I have dealt with chronic, genetic gum issues for years. I found the staff professional and thorough. Upon meeting Dr. Waring I was impressed with his knowledge of my condition and his plan to remedy the problem. He is professional and confident which are two very important factors for me when choosing someone to perform any type of task involving myself. I left the exam informed and comfortable with his assessment and plan of action. I returned some weeks later for major dental surgery that was performed exactly as explained. Dr. Waring was the consummate professional in his execution of the procedure. I am a business owner that owes my success to customer service. The customer service at Dr. Waring's office was exemplary and the experience was made tolerable by the Dr. and his staff. I would highly recommend the Waring Dental practice and will share my very positive and successful experience with any and all that are interested.

I think and feel Dr. Waring and his staff are doing an excellent job on my teeth and gums. I had osseus surgery with bone graft replacement in 2010 - be careful not to confuse any of the graft with oatmeal and try to get it out, its most likely the graft. And then i was given a unique medication to keep my pockets from swelling past 4 or 5 mm and it worked. My regular exam dentist and a new dentist i seen today (mar.10) recommend i get cleanings from dr Warings hygenists and follow his advice, usually cleanings every 3 or 4 months. An on-the-job injury has prevented me from seeing him that often cause i had to stay of my feet and rest. But now that i am feeling better and like my old self again, i will go to dr. Warings office every 3-4 months again, cause they told me i won't have anything to worry about if i get perio cleanings every 3-4 months.

Called To get a second opinion on a single tooth implant.told $120 on the telephone For a second opinion. Went in previous x-rays and Ct at office. He did an exam wanted to repeat CT scan work with his software, When finished I was given prices for all this other work that I didn't even come in for. Said I only wanted how much a single tooth implant would be, they gave me that and was much higher than the previous office. Stay away if you only want a second opinion for a single tooth. Total bill was over $200. After being told $120 on the telephone. Out of pocket
