My wife had Katy...she was phenomenal! Greeted her with a smile and was very patient and professional. My technician was great as well. Dr Massa has been wonderful in all experiences we have had with him for the past 25 years.

All the ladies were wonderful...Rachel was very friendly and professional, Kara was so knowledgeable and helpful. Ranelle was our hygienist and was very friendly, professional and did a great job cleaning my teeth.

My experiences at Dr. Massa's office have been great. He and his staff are kind and listen to your concerns. The office is beautiful, clean and has modern dental technology. I feel taken care of and I know I can trust their advice and work. I have several family members that also go to Dr. Massa and they have had great experiences with their office. I would highly recommend Dr. Massa.

Katie performed a very thorough but gentle cleaning of my teeth. She did not rush through the cleaning process. Dr Massa examined my teeth and spent time asking if I was having any pain or sensitivity. He encouraged me to keep brushing thoroughly.

I cannot ever say I look forward to going to a dentist or doctors appointment but thinking of the alternatives makes going a no brainer. I was originally a patient of Dr Marshall and when he retired I was really glad Dr. Massa was there to take me in as a patient. At that time and still today I have always felt lucky that Dr. Massa was there to take me as a patient. Dr. Massa was a young dentist with modern skills that I knew would benefit me and all his other patients and I have definitely benefitted. In the old days of going to dentist, the dentists tended to be all business and no fun. Dr.Massa is always willing to talk to you and not just about your teeth. He makes going to the dentist a more pleasant task and the people he has employed are all so nice and do super nice jobs. Today all the women from the front desk to the two young women who helped Dr. Massa with my filling did outstanding jobs. He has a really nice staff and that's a huge plus in any business. Dr. Massa has surrounded himself with some really talented people who also happen to be pleasant to talk to. That is why when people ask me about a dentist, I am quick to recommend Dr. Massa. Dr. Massa, I know through the years my teeth have been a major challenge for you. Thank you and all your staff for treating me with respect, treating me with friendliness and most importantly for giving me the training to perform the dental care with the best and most modern skills. Thanks for keeping my teeth in my mouth and in good working condition.

Everyone in this office is friendly and does their job very well. Dr. Massa and my dental hygienist always do a thorough exam and cleaning, including checking my dental and medical files each visit. The office staff make scheduling and rescheduling easy, and no problems ever with paperwork and billing.

I had a wonderful experience with my dental cleaning. Being a busy mom I had put off my visit for 3 years. I had guilt going in. The receptionist was super friendly. My hygienist put me at ease and validated my feelings. She gave me the best cleaning to date. Dr. Massa was funny, informative, professional and just as kind as his staff. Thank you so much for one of my best experiences yet!!

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Massa for around twenty years. He and his staff have always been friendly, professional, and accommodating. All the work we have had done from cleaning to crowns has always been thorough and exceptionally well done. General cleaning. Dr. Massa's office is very efficient. It was also nice to be able to get a 7:00 am appointment and not interrupt the rest of the day. Were able to get myself and my daughter scheduled at the exact same time which helps as well!

I have been going to Mark for many years. I have had services as routine as cleanings to more involved caps and root canals. He and his staff are both friendly, yet very professional. He keeps his facility equipped with the latest technology to better serve his patients. If your looking for dental services, in the Mansfield area, I would strongly recommend you give them your consideration!

Had an on going problem with a tooth that I could not address because of Covid restrictions. Mark's staff was able to get me right in the following week . Great friendly staff and very professional! Fixed the problem and left pain free! Thanks Doc!!!

Dr. Massa and his staff have provided me with excellent professional care delivered with kindness for many years. When a trip and fall last year resulted in a fractured jaw and several loose teeth, Dr. Massa splinted the teeth in an emergency appointment the next morning. As care continued during the COVID pandemic my mouth healed. Thanks to prompt treatment by Dr. Massa and his staff I still have all of my front teeth.

Dr Massa has been my dentist for only a year but I am SO glad that he is. In order to save me money, Dr. Massa did a root canal for me in office. But not only did it save me money but enabled me to have it done in my hometown. It was a lengthy procedure but goes with the territory. Thank you so much for getting the job done. I am a happy patient.
