I was born and raised in San Francisco, CA. After graduating with honors from The University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in 1999, I commissioned into the Army Dental Corp to serve as a dental officer.Following a one-year residency in general dentistry at Ft. Lewis, WA, I served four years both overseas and stateside. Having been stationed in the North West, my wife Melissa and I decided Oregon would be a wonderful place to live and raise our two wonderful daughters. In 2004 we settled in Canby. Since then I have worked in several types of offices in order to discover myself and what style of work I prefer. That exploration, which began the day I started dental school, has finally allowed me to find a place I feel most at home. I am honored to be able to say the town Melissa and I discovered as our new family home all those years ago, is now my dental family home. I look forward to providing my best care for many years to come.

Thank you Dr Haskell and staff for always taking care of my family. With 7 of us we are there often. Every time is a pleasure. Especially thankful for you guys going above and beyond a current emergency with my husband. Dr Haskell stayed after hours to work on him and continues to check on him. 100% recommend for all ages! My kids are always asking "when do we get to go to the dentist"

Mark & Rachel provided excellent service for a teeth cleaning. The one star is my frustration over the cost. I asked for preventative services only covered by insurance, yet they did an exam not covered by insurance and billed me for something I did not ask for.

Rachel has kept my mouth healthy for years and she is as good as it gets! Dr. Haskell is very caring, great sense of humor (which is wanted in a Dentist). He is an excellent dentist and is sensitive to what is best for you as an individual. All in all, the staff in this office is great. Good work always!

Rachel is great. Love her as a hygienist. Mark is great too. He looks for options to save money. I have great insurance that pays most of my care. He looks to find ways to save me and the insurance company money. Thanks Mark
