I'll agree with others the front office staff lacks customer service skills. However, I deal with it because Dr. Gustus has been the most honest, professional, and competent dentist I've seen in the last 15 years. He will always look out for your best interests and you can trust him completely. What more can you ask for?

Dr. Gustus is the best and so is his staff! We've been going here for what I would call a decade. We have never had any concerns. The hygienists do a great job. The office staff is friendly and informative. We recieve call reminders a day before our appointment which is helpful. Dr. Gustus is retiring and his son will be taking over. I hope his son shares fishing stories and some yellow tail like his father did. Much love to you Dr. Gustus, congrats on the retirement.

I was nervous about going to a new dentist. Dr. Gustus was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything and made me feel so comfortable. Did AWESOME work on my 2 front teeth. Staff was professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend

I had no idea how inept my last dentist was, until i visited Dr. Gustus! He has a great way of explaining dentistry to his patients. Very kind and knowledgeable. A true professional and the kids love him.

Extremely unprofessional office. Kathy is extremely rude and hangs up on her clients and constantly interrupts when you're speaking to her. She is very rude and disrespectful on the phone. This woman is representing your office and throwing it in the gutter.

This office has an alarming disregard towards the concept of medical consent and ethics. I spoke to Kathy and felt patronized during the call and was eventually hung up on. As a former patient, this latest communication with this practice has left me highly dissatisfied. I cannot recommend this practice.

Dr. Gustus is the best dentist that you will ever find, trust when i say that, Dr Gustus and his office staff are the best and very friendly, Dr Gustus dentist office I always give them A+ rating. I have been going there for 10 years never had any issue. when I leave his office I always leave with a Big smile

Dr. Gustus is an amazing dentist/ person overall. I've had my share of so called dentists out there who simply see their customers as money bags. Dr. Gustus is far from that. He is very professional about his work and equally as opening/ respectful. I've recommended much of my friends and family to him. If your looking for someone who is fair and understanding, who knows what he is doing... Dr. Gustus is the dentist you need. Thank you Mark Gustus

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Gustus. He is compassionate and an effective dentist. My family and I have been going to him for years! I've recommended him to many friends and they all are very happy with the services he provides. The girls in the office are kind and very knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have been a patient of Dr. Gustus' for 10+ years and wouldn't go anywhere else- he is honest and trustworthy. I've referred him to multiple friends that still go to him. There's nobody else out there like him!
