Started out great, but turned into a real monster of a dentist, completely lacking any empathy or human decency. Had a great, well trained staff until he started replacing them with less qualified individuals who were willing to work for less and take his abuse. After watching him verbally abuse one of his staff in front of other patients and myself, I switched to a new dentist that same day..

First they forgot to call to schedule my 6 month cleaning because they thought I moved. Made an appointment and called this morning to verify the time and was told 10:30am. I show up and his main receptionist was short and said your appointment is at 2 pm. Tried to tell her I just called but she didn't want to listen. Very disappointed in how I was treated.

I am a new patient of Dr Eby. He took me as an emergency and fixed my problem immediately. Dr Eby treated me like an old friend and was very efficient. He explained what he was doing as he worked on me , being concerned of my comfort level each step. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Eby foe your dental needs.

My wisdom teeth came in compacted and all Dr Eby would do for me were cleanings. Cleanings that always included chastising me for my lip piercing and occasionally belittling me in front of his nurses. Now, at under 30yrs old, I have a top and bottom partial I get to wear every day. Thank you Dr Eby for absolutely nothing but proving how monstrous an individual person can be.

Who likes going to the dentist less then me? No one! But Dr Eby and his hygienist, Candace, respected that, listened to my concerns about my fear of the dentist and truly took care of me. As gently as they possibly could. Not only will I go back, but I'm not as afraid as I was before.
