Very highly recommend. Excellent chair-side manner and thorough in his explanations; he and his staff will put you at ease with any concerns you may have. And as a bonus, they don't keep you waiting! He is both quick and thorough in his work.

We love Dr Craig! He is the best in what he does and he truly cares for his patients. He understood my sense of urgency and did something about it. He is very thorough and takes his time to explain things. The staff are organized and nice. May God bless him for his heart of gold!

Dr. Craig was able to give us a very thorough explanation of why my son doesn't need to have his wisdom teeth removed. We came here for a second opinion and I'm so happy we did! The office is well run and all the staff are so friendly. If my other son has any issues with his wisdom teeth we'll definitely consult with Dr. Craig first.

It was recommended to use Dr. Craig to install two post from the teeth that I lost. The process was great from the front office staff to the dental support and Dr Craig. He explained the full process of the procedure before getting started. When it was completed and numbness wore off that night it was less pain than getting a tooth removed. I would highly recommend him for your oral procedures.

I dislocated my jaw on a Wednesday (reset it on my own enough to survive the next couple of days), called Dr Craig on Thursday, and he fit me in on his lunch break on Friday!!! He was the most kind and eager-to-serve physician I have ever been treated by. He prepped an operating room and reset everything in record time. I left feeling much better and very well taken care of. THANK YOU, DR. CRAIG!

Unfortunately, I was warned not to go to Dr. Craig due to the unprofessionalism of his office staff by people in the industry. However, I didn't heed those warnings because of his reputation and reviews. Had we not scheduled my son's wisdom tooth removal during Spring Break and virtual school arranged with the school, I would have found another surgeon. While Dr. Craig was knowledgeable and explained the procedure thoroughly, you can definitely tell that this is routine for him. Again, I felt confident based on his reputation. The staff kept me updated during my son's procedure via text message. The two dental assistants that I interacted with and cared for my son were absolutely wonderful. They also call to follow up to check in on him and make sure the patient and mom are doing well. The communication amongst the office staff is lacking. I was told one set of Covid protocols by a staff member, but when my husband and I entered to discuss payment another staff member yelled at me instead of calmly speaking to me and her coworker that provided me the misinformation. On the day of the procedure, there was another miscommunication and this same employee was rude and completely unprofessional. Being in the healthcare industry, I would never treat my patients the way I was treated today. Even getting a school note is problematic.

I can't imagine a better experience. Thoroughly educated me about pretty much my entire lower face, took all the time needed to address all my concerns, never hurried.

Dr. Craig performed the wisdom teeth removal for my oldest daughter 3 years ago. The procedure went well and we were pleased with our care. My middle child is now ready for his wisdom teeth to be removed, and during our consultation with Dr. Craig, he took plenty of time with us to explain how this procedure would differ from a routine procedure due to several complicating factors. I had consulted with another oral surgeon who did not explain these items to me, and was pushing to perform the procedure in office and as soon as possible. Dr. Craig took the time to explain in depth, why it would actually be better to wait a few more months to perform the procedure and also recommended due to health factors why it would be safer to perform the procedure in an outpatient surgery facility. I am so pleased with Dr. Craig's advice and his willingness to take the time to explain thoroughly what was involved & why, not to mention that he was honest in his recommendation to wait on the procedure for the benefit of my child's recovery. We will definitely we working with Dr. Craig in the future for my son and also my 3rd child. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

A most excellent Doctor! he removed wisdom teeth for both of my daughters, one in Feb 2020 and my other daughter a week ago. As a general dentist I have referred patients here for a long time, and when I needed the help of an Oral Surgeon Dr. Craig did an amazing job, just like all my patients have said. Friendly staff, comfortable room, and a great personality! I Will continue to refer all needed work to Dr. Mark Craig.
