I called today and the lady that answered the phone was beyond rude, unhelpful and cold. She cut me off and stating they are not seeing new patients, without even confirming if I was a new patient. Will never call again.

I called to schedule an appointment for my husband and the receptionist Chris was wonderful and was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. One problem it was 5 days away! My husbands tooth was getting worse and the pain was horrible! He called later that am, spoke with Beth and went to get script for pain and they decided to do an X-ray. Dr Clemens decided to pull tooth right away. My husband was put on an antibiotic and pain med. Just wanted to thank everyone at the office for taking good care of us and for Dr. Mark Clemens rearranging his schedule to get my husband taken care of! It was much appreciated!!!! We have gone to this office for 19 years and they have always been very competent, efficient, friendly and trustworthy!!! That is why we always recommend this office staff and Dr Mark Clemens!!! Thank you for being there for us!! Tony and Arlene P.S. Also if there is something he doesn't feel comfortable doing he is good to refer us.

The Hygienists are great, quick, and friendly. I have had several fillings by different dentists, and there is no comparison. Mark is skilled at fillings and other dental work. The most impressive thing is that when he gives numbing shots, you hardly feel a thing when giving the actual shot.

This is the best dentist ever! I had an issue with my tooth - non emergency - talked to the receptionist who set me up with an apt. later in the morning. Dr Clemens had me in and out, with a fixed tooth, within 15 minutes after arrival. I drive 45 minutes, one way, for my appointments which is nothing considering the care I get from not only doc, but the best hygienist and receptionist in the city....Thanks you guys!!!

The Hygienists are great, quick, and friendly. I have had several fillings by different dentists, and there is no comparison. Mark is skilled at fillings and other dental work. The most impressive thing is that when he gives numbing shots, you hardly feel a thing when giving the actual shot.

I was in town for training. They got me in and took care of me the same day. Very professional. Everyone treated me like a person. They respected my time. I had two different appointments and both times they came and got me exactly on time. If I lived in the area, this would be my family dentist.
