We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Mark A. Barradas grew up in Daly City, just north of South San Francisco. He graduated from Westmoor High School in 1978 and went on to study at The University of San Francisco, where he graduated in 1982 with a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Biology. He went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery at Marquette University, 1986. Not long after, Dr. Barradas opened his practice in South San Francisco and he has been practicing dentistry for over 34 years.
Mark truly enjoys serving the people of San Mateo County. In fact, he married one of them. Dr. Barradas has been married to his wife, Hilda for 37 years and they have two sons and a daughter-in-law, Paul, Olivia, and Eric. Mark and his wife are very involved in their community as well. They are active members of St. Roberts Parish in San Bruno and Dr. Barradas is involved with the local chapter of The Rotary Club, serving as its president (2009-2010). Mark is also a member of the Chamber of Commerce, the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, San Mateo County Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry and CERT, which stands for Community Emergency Response Team. Dr. Barradas and his wife also enjoy camping, swimming, good music, family and friends. He particularly loves traveling to Hawaii when he can.

When I moved from New York to San Francisco (ten years ago), something I had to do at once was to find a new dentist. Two different friends recommended Dr. Barradas. I've known & been a patient with. Dr. Mark Barradas & his wife Hilda, for over 20 years plus . They're extremely professional, clean and have all the state of the art equipment. They also treat me, my wife & our two teenage sons like family. I highly recommend this great team, husband and wife business that sincerely cares about all their patients. They truly make you feel at ease when you walk into their office ready to make your good ole pearly whites sparkle. Dr. Mark & Hilda rock !!!!!

If you are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Mark Barradas. I have been seeing him for well over 15 years and it has been a great experience. Dr. Mark is very professional, knowledgeable at his craft and explains every procedure in advance so you feel comfortable. Their office is very inviting and is up to date with the latest equipment. Dr. Mark Barradas is a kind and skilled dentist. He provides me with excellent treatment and is willing to work around my busy schedule. I am happy with his check-up reminders and was pleased with the office's response when I recently needed some emergency treatment on a broken tooth. Years ago I brought my elderly and frail mother to him for some help with a bad tooth. When I called, the office responded immediately. I will always remember Dr. Barradas and his staff for their gentleness and consideration with her: Great dentist! Great staff! Great experience!

I would tell you that Dr. Mark is a wonderful dentist. He is very thorough in his examinations and he really cares about your health and teeth. He is friendly and professional. I would recommend him to my own family members. Hilda is his wife and is the office manager and she really does a great job at scheduling appointments. She too is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this dentist.
