Dr Mullendore did an amazing job will definitely be where my kids will be going for any oral surgery. There was a miss communication when I scheduled I asked if it could be pulled and was told yes and when I got there originally was told it was just a consultant and he was able to squeeze me in since I was told I could have them pulled over the phone. The staff is also amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would they always want the best for there patients.

You need to know two things about me before you read my review. First, I never take the time to write a review. Second, I'm terrified of dentists. I don't know why, but I am. I needed #1 and #2 teeth extracted because the whole side of one tooth had broke away and the other was decayed. I asked for anesthesia and Dr. Von Kaenel removed both teeth. As hard as it may be to believe, I had NO pain post surgery. I don't know how he did it, but I would definitely recommend him. This was my third oral surgery and neither of the other two surgeons were able to do that. Finally, the staff was very friendly and helpful and my bill after insurance was $5 from their estimate. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My family has a long history with Dr. Mullendore. This office is professional, friendly, and very skilled. I am already planning to bring my children here when they need evaluations and treatment for wisdom teeth extraction. I highly recommend this office.

Family member had surgery here to remove over 20 teeth for dentures. The staff and Dr. Von Kaenel were great.I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. It only took an hour and half to check in,remove all the teeth, and the anesthesia to wear off.

First off I'm giving a one star review to Dr.Andrew Mullendore not the Marion oral surgery facility or the staff, the staff were very professional, kind, and caring. I was asked by an assistant if I wanted anesthesia for the procedure I said no and explained why, and explained my OB wanted me to schedule surgery for after the delivery of my baby, I asked if I should take an antibiotic and if the chipped tooth could be filed so it wouldn't cut my mouth anymore until I could get in for surgery, then Dr. Mullendore came in the room stated his name then followed by SO you don't want to be under anesthesia and you don't want surgery until August! I explained why, then was told he never had an OB tell him he couldn't do surgery and said well there is always a risk when you're pregnant and have dental work done, and told me several times he could call my OB Doctor, I told Dr. Mullendore my doctor and the dentist that referred me said I would be too far along in my pregnancy and I would need to wait a couple months to have surgery, I waited over a month to have a consolation with Dr. Mullendore and I was told when I made the appointment it would be over a month after the consolation before I could have the surgery done, so I would be getting close to my third trimester, the lack of concern for my unborn baby disgusted me, Dr. Mullendore acted as if putting my baby at risk is just a risk you take, then I was told it is better to have the surgery now and take a risk with my pregnancy than take antibiotics and be in pain. Dr. Mullendore told me if my OB Doctor wants me on antibiotics she can write me a prescription. Dr. Mullendore told me he wasn't like an average dentist he doesn't have the tools to round off and smooth a tooth, he didn't know how he would code filing a tooth to bill the insurance and he would have to cut almost half the tooth off, Dr. Mullendore said he might be able to put a filling in that would be about the only thing he could do, I have never had a person who is supposed to be professional speak so rudely to me, be so uncaring of my unborn child and unprofessional, I would highly suggest Dr.Mullendore take some lessons on people skills from his very professional assistant and quit putting pregnancies at risk, I will definitely not be following up for surgery with this dentist

They were very rude on the phone while trying to get my daughters appt. they were more concerned with whatever was going on, all I could hear was laughing and couldn't get her in in a timely manner. She was having a lot of pain. She couldn't wait weeks to be seen. I wouldn't take her back to this office for anything I will be taking her somewhere else.
