I saw Dr Vilardi for a consultation/ second opinion . To be honest , I was hesitant , due to negative reviews from others based on his " bedside manner" . But ,more importantly ,he was highly recommended based ion his skills .Dr Vilardi has a friendly , warm demeanor , I was totally confident in his thorough evaluation . He refrains from advising unnecessary work , which I greatly appreciated . I found him to be trustworthy , honest and very knowledgeable . Plus , his ' bedside manner ' is just fine!

The people at Dr. Vilardi's office have been very kind to me. They don't file insurance claims on a patient's behalf which is understandable. Having to do so would require much more staffing and they focus on customer care and high quality service. I had a surgery and it was virtually pain free and the doctor called me at my home that evening to make sure I was OK.

They don't take insurance and won't allow you to do payment plans. As someone who works in Healthcare, I find that totally ridiculous. Plenty of other periodontists in the area that will accept insurance. Why go to this doctor if he's going to make you pay out of pocket, and all up front. Does he have the hands of God or something?? I'm sure the other periodontists in the area are just as good.

worst experience ever. Had an evaluation, was sent 2 treatment options widely different, called and emailed several times for an explanation, never contacted. Also the dentist did not submit bill to insurance and did not send ma a copy of bill for me to go to. Do not go here!!

I was recommended to Dr. Vilardi from Dr. Rothstein (Smile Place in Cornwall, also great!) after the result of a childhood accident left me in a situation decades later where the only option was an implant. From my first encounter with Dr. Vilardi and his wonderful staff I felt comfortable and confident that this was the right practice for me. Dr. Vilardi took time to explain every step of the process, was kind and reassuring. He and his staff also appreciated the emotional lens that this undertaking was. The process took many months, but I have certainly appreciated Dr. Vilardi's professionalism and focus on creating the best result for me, then to rush the process. I would highly recommend using Dr. Vilardi for work you may need. His office staff are always super positive, the establishment is immaculate and you will be in experienced hands while Dr. Vilardi works his magic!

Having had periodontal treatment "the old way" in the past I was very happy with the lack of pain or discomfort now that the local anesthesia has worn off. BTW I felt no pain as Dr. Vilardi inserted the local anesthesia. Laser therapy is so much better than the "old way"!

This surgeon and his practice surpassed my expectations by far. Complicated partial bridge removal, incisors extraction, and infection cleaning. Very competent.
