The Staff at Mariner Village Dental are great! Very pleasant, very professional. My hygienist was also very good at her job! I open with this because I do not want to offend you folks. However, your dentist just cancelled my appointment because she said I did not confirm I would be there for an appointment I scheduled a week ago. I actually got a reminder this AM on my cell phone stating that you looked forward to seeing me today! I am a very busy person, as are we all, and I assumed (incorrectly) that if I set an appointment with someone, they keep it until someone says otherwise. It's as if the dentist arrogantly thinks she is the only dentist for miles around, and her role is not to professionally work with me and all of her clients to keep the schedule we build. I do not have time for this, and my advice to folks out there is that if you need a professionally managed team to work with you on scheduling your dental issues, go elsewhere. Cancel my future appointments and any work you think you might do for me - and I am going to get a second opinion and be treated a bit more professionally by that dentist. Hoping this will cause you to not treat future short-term patients the way you just treated me.

Went there for a cleaning. Was advised I have "great" insurance and that it cover the bulk of the cleaning. While they said I did need a deep cleaning they told me AFTER the procedure that the antibiotic for EACH tooth was not covered at about 40 bucks a pop. Received a bill for over $800 today. This place is a 100% SALES organization. You may want to stick with legitimate 'mom & pop' experienced dental offices. That was the end of this one for me. Beware. I will be getting my X-rays transferred to an experienced office. That can handle insurance claims and proper billing ahead of the procedure.

Priscila Dal Seco DMD Is super professional, today I had 2 rood canals done. Under her care I didn't feel any discomfort or pain. They were so nice with me, I got a blanket and Jazz music to relax me before my procedure. Her team was outstanding and top quality. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone. Mariner Village has an amazing staff! They are very professional and make you feel comfortable in every visit with how warm and kind their staff is. Very knowledgeable and they are on top of everything! I always leave their office with a big smile! Best dental office I have been to

So, who wants to go to the dentist? Most certainly not me, who has had tough dental experiences since being a kid! My first appointment was coming up several months ago and I was physically feeling sick but I knew I was overdue for a cleaning. I was warmly welcomed upon entering. After xrays etc, I was told I had a lot of things going on including needing a bridge. Lisa, the hygienist walked me through every step reassuring me with every concern I had. Dr. Dal Seco came in, explained what needed to be done and she too, reassured me, and in such a caring way, that I knew I could do this. Thank you Dr. Dal Seco and Lisa, (and other staff that I interacted with) for your patience and loving care.

I am always a bit worried when I have to go to the dentist, even just to have my teeth cleaned. As I am 65 now & my gums have definitely receded, I do have sensitivity around the gum & teeth area. But since I've been going to Dr DelSaco's Dental office on Mariner/Spring Hill, I really like her. She's very careful & makes you feel very comfortable. And whenever I have any issues, she has responded quickly. Today I had a new hygienist- Kristen - and she was great! She made sure i wasn't in pain, actually asked if I wanted to have some numbing gel for my sensitivity -Yes!! - and made sure my mouth wasn't constantly full of saliva or water. Thank you Kristen!! I hope you are still there in 6 months when I come back. And I love that this office is still taking precautions for Covid or any other sicknesses by asking us to wear a mask. Since I am around many older health-ridden seniors, I continue to wear my mask anytime I am inside a public area. And lastly, Sean, the check-out man is also very pleasant with a nice smile. I recommend this dentist office to everyone seeking a good and caring dentist. They even have an Advantage Plan so you pay a yearly fee and the dental work is much cheaper!

If going to the dentist brings you angst, then I highly recommend Mariner Village Dental Care. The staff at this dental office are phenomenal. Sean, Renee and Dr. P. made this a very relaxed experience.

So happy to have called and went to Mariner Village Dental. Stacy at the front desk was so pleasant, not only when making my appointment on the phone, also when I arrived for my appointment! Kristen, my hygienist, made sure to tell me everything she was doing and why. She made me feel very comfortable and she was so accommodating! Shawn at check out was so nice and made sure he explained everything to me! I highly recommend Mariner Village Dental!
