Born in Hawaii and raised in Vallejo, Kevin Cabugao received his BS in Genetics at the University of California at Davis and worked in biotechnology before refocusing his energies towards graduate school. While Kevin found his work in the pharmaceutical industry rewarding, he felt unsatisfied with his career and sought an education that would best complement his enthusiasm for helping others with his understanding of the sciences. With this intention, he received his MBA from California State University East Bay and DDS from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. Currently, he is an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association,Fortune 50and serves as the former President of theNapa/Solano Dental Society.

Dr. Jade Castro was born in San Bernardino and raised in Las Vegas. She attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology and graduated with Cum Laude. She continued to receive her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the prestigious University of California, San Francisco. During her time in dental school, Dr. Castro received Honors in providing care at several community clinics. In the process, she developed a passion for volunteering and helping local and satellite communities. She has traveled to several countries including the Philippines, Jamaica and Mexico to provide free dental work for those in need. Having a thirst for more knowledge and experience in the dental field, she pursued additional training and attended an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency in San Francisco.

Dr. Jade Castro takes pride in creating a comfortable, trusting, and positive environment in order to create ever lasting relationships with her patients. She values communication and transparency with her patients in regards to the importance of dental care so that they can achieve optimal dental health and overall well-being.

Dr. Duquette was born and lived in Maine before moving to California where he attended Benicia High School. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Sonoma State University and graduated from the University of the Pacific Dental School in San Francisco. Dr. Duquette was an associate and co-owner of Marina Vista Dental in Vallejo for 17 years before moving to American Canyon. He takes pride in continuing his education to provide the most current dentistry to his patients.

Dr. Duquette, his wife, and two very talkative and energy-filled boys live in Vacaville. Dr. D. enjoys cooking healthy food for his family and continually improves his skills and knowledge with cooking courses and research on healthy eating. He feels that cooking is a lost art and attempts to alter that perception one healthy meal at a time. He is always eager to share his ideas on preparing nutritious and healthy meals just ask him.

Dr. Duquettes family is very involved with their church, The Fathers House. Currently he volunteers during Saturday night services with the 2nd, 3rd and 4th graders. Dr. Duquettes likes spending time outside riding his mountain bike with friends. He also enjoys building and flying quadcopter (drones) and RC Airplanes.

Dr. Mansfield is a Board Eligible Prosthodontist. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colby College in Maine, and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University in Boston. He completed a two-year residency program in Prosthodontics at the University of California, San Francisco.

Dr. Mansfield is a member of the American College of Prosthodontists, American Dental Association, and California Dental Association. He is also a member of the Napa-Solano Dental Society and serves on the Society Peer Review Committee. He also serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Prosthodontics Implant, Esthetics, and Reconstructive Dentistry as well as on the Adjunct Faculty at the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni, School of Dentistry in the Department of Integrated Reconstructive Dental Sciences.

Dr. White, a native Californian, grew up in Marin county from age 10. As a boy scout, he learned about the outdoors and hiking and camping. At around age 14, he decided that a helping profession was where he was called and has never wavered from his choice.

After attending college in Colorado (reflective of his love for the outdoors), he returned to California and graduated from University of the Pacific in Stockton. In 1978, he began his training at University of the Pacific School of Dentistry and obtained his DDS degree in 1981. He began teaching at his dental school, UOP, right after graduation and taught one day a week for 24 years.

In 1982, he started as an associate dentist at Marina Vista Dental and in 1987 became an owner in the group practice. Through several transitions while eventually making partnership, he soon became the sole owner of Marina Vista Dental.

Dr. White is proud to be married to his wife Judy for 45 years, he has two grown children a Veterinarian daughter, and a son, a distributorship manager for Boars Head in Oregon. He remains active with bicycling, hiking and camping (with the comforts of a motor home however).

My name is Annah and I was raised in San Francisco since the young age of 2 and relocated to Solano County in 1989. I graduated high school in 1995 then continued on to graduate a year later at Bryman College in San Francisco as a Dental Assistant.

I became a Registered Dental Assistant in 1997 and worked in all aspects of dentistry, from general, periodontics, pediatrics, oral surgery, orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry. All while still taking my general education and prerequisites at Napa Valley Community College as well Solano Community College, to pursue a career as a RDH.

I come from a long line of dentists and teachers in my family, and always loved going to the dentist as a young child. Once my youngest at the time became school bound, I returned to the dental field as an active RDA in 2007. Then later decided to transition to the front office as a Patient Care Coordinator and Insurance Coordinator in 2009.

Currently, I am juggling the life of a mommy to my 18-month old son and 4 other kids, a wife, a church leader, as well as theRestorative Coordinator at Marina Encore Dental. It's such a blessing and an honor, I wouldn't trade it for the world. I strive to provide the highest level of customer service and patient care.

Maricel was born and raised in Vallejo, California. It was seeing her sister get braces that sparked her interest in dentistry at an early age. She graduated from Bethel High School and soon after earned her Dental Assistant certificate in 2009. Since then, she has been working within dentistry while balancing her academic life as a full-time student studying general sciences. Looking forward to serve others outside of dentistry, she eagerly looks forward to furthering her personal and educational pursuits to helping others look and feel better.

Cynthia was raised in the Bay Area, and later moved to the Napa Valley with her family in 1987. She first became interested in dentistry, when her family dentist allowed her to observe a root canal on a family member. Her first introduction to dentistry, was working with a small general practice dental office in the Napa Valley. Cynthia obtained her X-Ray and Coronal Polishing certificates through Sacramento City College, and became a Registered Dental Assistant in 2003. She enjoys continuing to learn new things as the dental field continues to progress and evolve, and is happy to be part of Marina Encores caring, modern dental practice. Outside of the dental office Cynthia enjoys gardening, reading classic mystery novels, being active in her local congregation, traveling, and spending time with her husband Jay and her dog Reiley.

Monica was firstborn and raised in Richmond, California whereher and her family latermoved toSuisun Cityduring her teenage years. It was during this time when her interest in dentistry had firstbegun. The dental officeshe attended thenmade her experience so pleasant that it left a longlasting impression. It was an impression so strong that it deeplyinfluenced her to begin hercareer in thedental sciences. With the deep seatedintentionof sharing the same care she received with her greater community, she graduated from Heald College with an Associate ofScience in Dental Assisting. In 2011, addition to the excitement of earningher degree, Monica gave birth to herbeautiful daughter Arielle. As aproud mother,Monica enjoys having tea parties andspending qualitytime with daughter while alsoenjoying hiking, camping and swimming.

Karen was born in Southern California. Her family soon moved, and she grew up in Santa Ynez, California. From a young age Karen was inspired by watching Rudolf the Red Nose Reindeer where a dentist elf saves the day. From that point Karen decided she wanted to be in the dental field. Karen followed friends up to the Bay Area where she got married and started a family of her own. She proudly graduated from the Diablo Valley College Dental Hygiene program in 2016. Karen enjoys spending time with her two teenage kids, going on family vacations, baking, and playing with her animals.

Jennifer was raised in Vallejo, where her and her family grew up going to Marina Vista Dental. Jennifer has been a patient with Marina Vista Dental as young as the age of 9. Throughout those years her visits to the dental office were very pleasant and personable, which is what sparked her interest in dentistry. She started shadowing several times throughout the office with the intention of pursuing a career in dental hygiene. With the intention of sharing the same care she received throughout her experience there, she graduated from Santa Rosa Junior College with an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2018. Upon graduating, she was offered a position at Marina Vista Dental to join their team and she was beyond excited for this opportunity. She loves the team and the care they provide for each and every one of their patients. When shes not taking care of her patients she enjoys hiking, traveling, and photography.

Angelinehas had a passion for working in the oral health field beginning at a young age playing Crocodile Dentist. During her high school years she visited University of the Pacific as a patient for her older sister in the dental hygiene program. According toAngeline, This visit piqued my interest in the preventive aspect of dentistry and motivated me to pursue a career in dental hygiene. Graduating from Pacific in 2011,Angelineloves to care for her patients with gentle hands and a warm presence to keep any dental fears at bay. She is committed to helping all patients maintain a healthy smile that will last many years so they feel good and are able to eat well (because she is a foodie, too).Angelinelives an active outdoor lifestyle which involves running and mountain biking. She also loves time spent travelling the world with her husband Noel.

Beth has worked within the field of dentistry for several decades, worked with some of the best practitioners in the area and brings with her a wealth of knowledge in both the clinical and administrative aspects of dentistry. One would be hard-pressed to find someone who can balance and navigate the rough waters of dental insurance with the soft skills of presenting care in a manner that is comfortable and easy to understand. With a laugh that is hard to miss and a smile that can light up any room she enters, she makes it so easy for both her team and the patients she serves to feel at ease in the office.

Anne is the Registered Dental Hygienist at Encore Dental. She graduated from San Jose City College with an A.S. degree in Dental Assisting. Soon after, she furthered her education on to receive a B.S. degree in Dental Hygiene from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.

Anne enjoys working with our patients, helping them to improve their overall dental health. Achieving a sparkling smile is her passion. Compassionate in her care, her warm and kind demeanor is sure to put you at ease! Anne is married and has 3 children.

Passionate about helping friends feel better about themselves, Paula has served for more than 24 years as a Registered Dental Assistant where she takes great pride in doing whatever it takes to improve your smile. Humble in knowing that she is not able to help everyone on her own, she is thankful to be surrounded by a team that is professional, caring and dedicated to the same level of excellent oral health care she aspires to deliver. She loves spending time with her son Noah, who keeps her very busy. In her free time she enjoys her love of the outdoors by running, hiking and camping.

As a California native with a deep appreciation for its ethnic diversity, Heidi enjoys diving into different cultures where she learned to speak Spanish in fostering her love to serve others. Furthering these passions, over the past 10 years as a Registered Dental Assistant and valued team member, Heidi also takes pride in helping many in her community look better and live longer by striving to provide the best oral care possible. Dentistry aside, she enjoys staying healthy with her family by enjoying the outdoors and volunteering to feed the animals at Connolly Ranch every week. With a grateful heart, she takes great care in helping others achievetheir best.

Danny has been in the dental field for 30 years and has been with our prosthodontic practice since 2004. He is the key member responsible forthe fabrication of our removable dentures, partials, splints and relines. He is available Monday through Friday to attend to any emergency denture repairs that may arise. Danny received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 1984 from Central Escolar University in the Philippines and has been a laboratory technician for 17 years. During the Gulf War he worked in the US Embassy medical clinic in Saudi Arabia. Danny is married and has one child.
