Dr. Ivana Racic obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Las Vegas, School of Dental Medicine, but her dental journey started a long time ago after earning a Dental Technician degree in 2008. After that, she attended School of Dental Medicine, University of Belgrade in Serbia and graduated with high honors in 2014.
Dr. Racic was born and raised in Serbia, Europe. She loves to travel! Upon visiting San Diego for the first time she fell in love with the city, people, and everything that San Diego has to offer. She decided to settle down here and begin her dental career within the United States. When she is not in the office, Dr. Racic enjoys spending time with her family and friends, enjoys hiking and all outdoor activities.

I've had an amazing experience at Marina District Dentistry. The staff is so friendly and kind, from the moment you walk in to the end of your appointment. Dr. Racic is a true professional - she's very knowledgable and thorough with her explanations. I was in and out of the door in less than two hours for a crown preparation and delivery, same day! She designed and created the crown right in front of me - it was so cool to see. I'm extremely impressed with Dr. Racic's efficiency and patient care, and not to mention the state-of-the-art facility! I've recommended Dr. Racic to friends and family members, and am happy to have found a dental home here.

Dr. Racic was referred to me by a family member & I am so grateful that her & her lovely staff were able to take me unexpectedly for a root canal procedure. I was seen & cared for immediately and with the BEST care. Ofelia was assisting during the procedure and the both of them made me feel so comfortable and at ease (all though I was a little nervous as it was my first root canal). Thank you Dr Racic, Ofelia and your front desk staff for welcoming me in with open arms to your office & thank you for calling & checking in on me the next day to see how I was feeling. So much appreciated!! :)

I live local to the area and would walk past this office on my way to work and kept thinking I needed to contact them and get re established care and I am so glad that I did! From my initial reach out Tracy was so helpful in discussing my insurance, to Evette being so knowledgeable and taking such good care of me throughout my initial exam and deep cleaning / to coaching me on how to best care for my teeth. Also Ofelia was helpful and explained my dental pricing and insurance thoughtfully. I am glad to have found the great team here & look forward to a healthy collaboration with my dental health! The entire team at Marina District Dentistry makes you feel so comfortable from the minute you walk into their office. With all the procedures and cleanings we have had there, we always feel relaxed. Dr. Racic genuinely cares about her patients more than any other dentist I have seen. The quality of her work is meticulous - some may consider her a perfectionist with a smile. Plus their advance technology ensures you'll get the best treatment available. Valet service at this Dentist's office. Great hygienist, Yvette. A lot of experience and great personality. I knew what was going to happen every step of the way. I have been a patient in this dental office since approximately 1987 and the service just keeps getting better.

This has always been a good office that trended above other dentists in tech & service. Excellent new dental hygienist replaced a great retiring pro and office has updated its interior & even improved on its cleaning & diagnostic tech. No procedure yet but Dr Racic is friendly & thorough.

I was given a referral for this office. I had a great experience as the staff was very welcoming. Eve'ette did a great job cleaning my teeth and Dr.Racic inspected my teeth to insure everything looked good. I look forward to my future cleanings.

I had such a great experience at Marina District Dentistry. Dr. Racic and her team are amazing! I was greeted by the most professional and welcoming front desk staff. My appointment started on time. I have been to many dental offices before I found this gem. I was impressed by the state-of-the-art facility and the friendly, comfortable environment they have created. Dr. Racic is detail oriented, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She really cares and strives to provide the best possible service for her patients. I cannot imagine going to another dentist/dental office after my experience at Marina District Dentistry.
