I love Marina Dental! All three of my children have been coming here since they were babies. I love that they almost ALWAYS have openings and they are very flexible and understanding with my schedule. It's also very kid friendly and they have game systems, arcade games and even a movie theater like area yo occupy the kids while they wait. To top it all off the staff are AMAZING and so friendly! My kids will continue coming here until they can't anymore, we love this place.

I called to make an appointment for my kids . I was given the appointment to later on have it canceled due to verification of the insurance. 2 business days go by I recieve no call back for follow up . So I call for the 4th time . I am now in contact with the lady who is in charge of verifying all insurances .. never stated her name . She claimed she did not have my information. Instead of apologizing for the previous employees mistakes and asking for my information she proceeds to admit how she can not handle her work and how it's all a mess . .. the point was to get my kids insurance verified she could of apologized for the mistake asked for my Info again so my children could get seen . This place is unethical let alone little to no empathy when they are in the wrong . Needless to say this is overhyped and their customer service speaks for them upon calling. Do better .
