We've been taking our girls here for many years. We will no longer due to the forced mask wearing in the waiting room. Very disappointed with the liberal atmosphere.

I have been a patient of Dr. Santos since I was 3, I am 19 now. Yesterday was my last appointment with her and I was very sad to let go. I was extremely nervous about going to the dentist as a child, but Dr Santos and her staff changed my view completely as I got older. Dr Santos and her staff always made me feel so calm, comfortable, and welcomed in the office. I've been with Dr. Santos for many years, not only has she made an impact on my teeth, but also on my life. I would recommend her to anyone who wants their experience at the dentist to be calm and unintimidating. Thank you for everything Dr. Santos!

Today was our kids' first dental appointment and we are more than happy with the care and attention we received from Dr. Santos Cordero and her staff. They were very kind and patient with both of our babies. They were able to do a complete evaluation and dental cleaning even when one of our kids is very active. To me that was impressive! They are also very punctual, something I appreciate a lot since I have 2 kids. The office is very clean, updated and the staff knows how to keep the children relax and entertained while doing the dental work. Our daughter learned a lot on her dental appointment as well. The staff took the time to explain to her everything they were doing which kept her from becoming anxious about the appointment. At the end of the visit the dental hygienist gave our daughter a Frozen toothbrush and a prize for doing very good, my daughter was super happy. Our son (21 months) even got rewarded with a cute toothbrush and a ball for him to stay distracted and happy. When we got back home our daughter asked us if we could go the next day to see the dentist . That tells me she felt comfortable, she likes her dentist and it is not afraid of going back again. Both my husband and I feel we can really trust Dr. Santos Cordero and her staff with the dental care of our 2 babies. They are honest and kind. We have already scheduled our kids next appointment with them.

Dr. Santos is the best pediatric dentist we have come across. She has the most compassionate, gentle, caring personality and knows how to make a young patient comfortable! We have visited 2 other pediatric dentists before we found Dr. Santos. And let me tell you, both places were a bad experience for my son. He was very scared to come in at first because of those two other places we visited. I had to carry him in even though he is a tall 7 years old, he was as nervous. First of all, I (the parent) was allowed to come in with my child and stay during the procedure. The doctor then explained what is going to happen and truly listened to our questions and preferences. She gave us thoughtful suggestions to accommodate our needs in a compassionate manner. Secondly, my son could watch TV with head phones on during his dental procedures. I have to emphasize her assistant, Ms Claudia, is as gentle, caring and professional as the doctor. My son told me that even the X-ray was not as uncomfortable as at the other 2 dentists we visited. Now he doesn't want me to walk him to the X-ray room any more. My son walks in the office with confidence because he knows they care about how he feels. And there's nothing more important to a parent and child. They definitely exceeded our expectations! Laslo Varodi and Andrea Kepics

these people should get this place shut down. they are money hungry people who will preform painful procedures just for the hundreds they will make. i used to go to them all the time when i was little and now i am afraid of dentist and have to do extensive research and have a silver cap on one of my bottom teeth that WAS COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY AND CANT GET IT REMOVED i beg of you if you are a parent don't come here i'm saying this on behalf of the traumatized children when i was little i would literally grip the handles so hard because the UNNECESSARY PROCEDURES were so painful please please listen to me go to great expressions i loveeee them or smiles in lakewood ranch the horrible and traumatizing memories that come back to me when i look at the consultation room is unreal I HATE THESE LADIES AND THEY DESERVE TO BE SHUT DOWN

My chiropractor referred me to Dr. Santos when my little one was only a couple of weeks old. He had a visible lip tie and Dr. Santos identified a tongue tie as well. Before his laser treatment he was having a hard time latching to his bottles, made loud clicking noises as he gulped, and had blisters covering both lips. In almost no time after his appointment, the clicking stopped and his latch improved. His tongue moves freely and his top gums were released into their right place. He is gaining weight and loves to eat. We are so thankful for Dr. Santos' expertise! She knew exactly how to help my son. It's a relief to know his oral problems were solved so early that he will develop properly from the start.

At best, this office doesn't have quality communication between their administration and the doctor. This leads to several schedule mix ups, calls at home from the Dr herself to apologize, and reschedule, and change treatment plans midway, at worst, this office is running a con game. Prices change vastly from time of check in to check out bc insurance never ran, only leading to a refund being owed and never given over several months. The Dr herself has terrible patient interaction, caring little for children's trauma over trying to rush appointments to completion. Example of this being a 60 minute session booked and paid for but complete in 15 minutes with no refund on extra time. Had to open up a Better Business Bureau complaint to receive refunds due and an official complaint with Florida Health board. Don't believe the hype here as our family did. Terrible service, clueless front office, and Dr who would rather prioritize profit over patient care.

I am so thankful to have been recommended to Dr Santos for my daughter. After coming home from the hospital, I immediately worked with a lactation consultant because my daughter's latch was super painful and she couldn't latch very well. My lactation consultant was the one who recommended my daughter be checked out by a pediatric dentist to see if there were any oral ties. Sure enough, there were. My daughter had a lip, tongue, and cheek revisions done with Dr Santos, and it has fixed the breastfeeding issues we were having. The front office staff are very friendly and accomodating, and Dr Santos has a professional yet warm demeanor, is very thorough in her examination, and has a lot of knowledge and expertise to bring to the table. You can tell she truly has a passion for what she does for her clients. It has been a wonderful experience and I highly recommend her practice!

I went to see Dr. Santos to get a second opinion on my son's suspected tongue tie. She was very compassionate and informative about tongue ties before examining my son. After examination, and it was determined he did have a tongue tie, she explained the pros and cons to getting it released so we could make an informed decision. After getting it released, which we were able to do same day, she asked that we came back several times over the following weeks so she could check his progress and show me how to do the tongue exercises properly, which I appreciated because I wanted to make sure his revision was successful. Dr. Santos also reached out personally via text to check on my son which I thought was very sweet. I'm very thankful we found Dr. Santos. In addition to her expertise, her staff was incredibly friendly and every appointment was very timely!

Dr Santos is an amazing and caring Dr that goes above and beyond to help your child's needs. Recenlty our daughter had tongue tie surgery with Dr Santos and it was a great success. With her direction and contacts for therapy my child is eating better and speaking clearer. I highly recommend her.

We are so thankful for Dr. Santos. It's obvious she genuinely cares about the well-being of her patients. She fit us in last minute for a tongue tie and diagnosed an upper lip and double cheeked tie also. She was able to do surgery that day and personally called us a few days later to make sure everything was going well. We went from having a baby who couldn't latch at all to a baby who won't unlatch unless he is done! Her office staff is also extremely wonderful. We are so grateful for Dr. Santos. We highly recommend her and will definitely be back.

Had to take my 15 month old daughter here when she chipped her tooth to get it filed. The dentist was very rough and she immediately said she needed two cavities filled. I decided to take her back to her dentist, little town smiles. Her dentist said there is no way she would recommend filling her cavities now, she just wants to watch them. I do not recommend this dentist. Feels like she's just in it for the money and not what's best for her patients. Never going back.
