Per Dr. Mariani's office: Dr Mariani has decided he does not want to move further with any orthodontic care for [...] because she is a complicated case. He is very choosy on which cases he would like to take on and he would like for you to see another Orthodontist for her continued care. Easy money ... in a panoramic image, several missing teeth were not identified in the diagnosis.

Best ever! Dr Mariani and his staff have taken amazing care of my children but especially my son. It's been nearly a five year process. When he was about the two year mark, my son had an accident that disfigured his front teeth. Dr Mariani consulted with the hospital emergency room and led us through all the steps of what was needed outside his practice. After the healing process, he went back to work on my son who now has perfect teeth. We are forever grateful to this practice and highly recommend.

I am apalled that a facility that provides medical services to children would have such lax (nonexistent) mask requirements. There is not one sign asking people to wear masks, people in the waiting room not wearing masks, people inside sitting waiting for retainer fittings not wearing masks. This is a place where children (many too young to be vaccinated) routinely have to sit for 20 to 30 minutes with their mouths unmasked and open. What a complete and total disregard for patient safety. I regret not pulling my daughter completely from Dr Mariani's care the first time I noticed such disregard for children's health and welfare last March when the waiting room was packed elbow to elbow and masks were not being worn. Today I asked to speak to the office manager who basically told me they could not enforce a policy. This is false it is a private business you can absolutely in force a policy especially if it is going to benefit the health and safety of your patients. My daughters dentist and doctors have text to check in, text you when they are ready, strict masks requirements. As a medical provider why would you play so fast and loose with this virus especially when it comes to children?

Dr. Mariani and his team are the best and kindness people out there! My whole family had their orthodontics done by Dr. Mariani and our teeth still look gorgeous 10+ years later. I recently broke my retainer and he got me in very quickly and had my retainer made within 2 days! Definitely 10/10 would recommend!!!! Great place and great people!

Love Mariani's Office! Staff is awesome! Especially Heliana who found my mold for my retainer from 2016. She's incredible. That's how organized she and Mariani's office are. They really are amazing. I have been coming here since middle school and now I'm in college, wouldn't want to go to another place.

Reffered here by my dentist.. Staff is amazing. Maybe he is great for braces. Would not recommend for invisalign. I had to go at least 6 times for rescanns, and my bite is still f'ed up. going to a new person to fix it after he refused to pick my case back up when I moved back to miami. I guess I am relieved as I drove over an hr for this guy for 2 years when my plan was supposed to be only for 6 months..

Dr. Mariani is wonderful! A very kind and talented orthodontist, rare to find. He did a great job with my teeth. It's clear he's built up a solid reputation over the years in Miami, and I couldn't recommend him more highly.

When i turned 15 and went to put on my braces my teeth where really bad but thanks to Dr.Mariani i can smile big and be happy. He is a great orthodontic and treats everyone with respect. I highly recommend him if you are looking to put braces on. - Isabella.v

I can truly say how great my office visits have been to Dr Mariani's, the office is beautiful and state of the art, the staff is top notch and very attentive and friendly, the wait is not very long as they are one of the few Dr's office that runs on time. Dr Mariani's knowledge and his attention to the smallest of details is nothing short of excellent and impressive, I would highly recommend his expertise to children and adults alike

Would Highly Recommend this doctor and office - I have been taking my kids to Dr. Mariani now for orthodontic treatment. I had seen him before for my own teeth and when my kids were ready came back to Dr. Mariani for their treatment at the new office. The office is run so well. Dr. Mariani sees the kids every time they are in and keeps me informed of their progress. The staff at the front desk always helps to get us convenient appointments. The office itself is beautiful!. We have had a great experience with Mariani Orthodontics and recommend him to all our friends.

I can only use these words to describe Mariani office "an Orthodontics factory", it's all about money. Dr. Mariani doesn't establish any relationship with his patients. When you walk into his office, there are about 20 patients waiting, you sign your name into a computer, the children are not allowed to enter with their parents, a nurse checks the patient, Dr. Mariani enters the room for 2 minutes and the appt. is over. The Orthodontics factory has about 15 nurses checking patients, so Dr. Mariani sees about 20 patients per hour, what a Gold mine for him and what poor service for his patients. My son's teeth move since his bracelets were taken off too early. It's sad to see a Doctor only motivated by cash.

This is by far the best office I have ever been to. I didn't have to wait too long in the waiting room. The staff was amazing. They greeted me as soon as I walked in. Very attentive. Dr. Mariani was very personable and informative. Awesome office and great experience.
