Be careful with what they are charging you. The office manager (Stacey) sometimes won't file a claim to the insurance and will just charge out of pocket. She also uses multiple unnecessary codes to maximize insurance reimbursement ...

Be careful with what they are charging you. The office manager (Stacey) sometimes won't file a claim to the insurance and will just charge out of pocket. She also uses multiple unnecessary codes to maximize insurance reimbursement (especially if you have HMO) which in return increases your copay. I am not sure if Dr. Lourdes is aware of what's going on with billing but I believe she's responsible one way or another since the office staff work under her name.

I found Dr Yeo personable and friendly. She explained not only what needed to be done and why. She also gave good alternatives. I am sure I will be going back as a regular client of her's.

The office manager is very unethical. If you've had to pay out of pocket for any treatment here, check with your insurance and make sure the office filed a claim for the treatment and check that it indeed wasn't covered. I was lied to by ...

The office manager is very unethical. If you've had to pay out of pocket for any treatment here, check with your insurance and make sure the office filed a claim for the treatment and check that it indeed wasn't covered. I was lied to by the office manager Stacey. She told me my crown wasn't covered, so I paid $1,000 out of pocket. A year later the dentist told me I needed another crown. I was telling a co-worker "I have to pay for another crown" and the coworker told me our insurance should have covered it. This began a whole saga of the insurance company telling me and Stacey that the crown was covered and that the dentist office had never filed a claim for the crown. Stacey repeatedly told me it wasn't covered, yet after my third phone conversation with her and after a second letter from the insurance company telling her it was covered, she put in a claim and Delta Dental ended up paying their office for the work. Even after Delta Dental paid the office for the claim, Stacey still refused to refund my payment. Delta Dental told the office to refund my money. Stacey denied she had received money, and she refused to acknowledge the letters from the insurance company instructing her to pay me. I had to file a grievance through Delta Dental, and Delta Dental ended up paying me and taking it out of future refunds to this dental practice. Even if years have passed, please check your benefits for yourself. Do not believe what this dentist office tells you. They are scammers. If they erroneously billed you, file a grievance so they can be investigated by the insurance company for cheating their patients out of money.

I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I told them I was a new patient with new insurance. They said that I had to call my insurance company in order to have them be my primary dentist so they could see me.... ok fine. I call my insurance, they move me no big deal.... call them back to tell them that they are now my primary dentist.... they still can't find me in the system... tell me to call back in a couple of days to schedule me.... call today to schedule and great news!! they have me in the system now..... but can see me soon unless its an emergency.... ok when is your next available appointment... 4 TO 6 MONTHS!!! Why not tell me that the first time I called instead of wasting my time. They should not be saying that they are taking new patients.... I don't think anyone wants to wait 4 TO 6 MONTHS for a dentist appointment...

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Yeo's office for years now. Dr. Yeo is a wonderful dentist and Dr.Yeo has an outstanding staff. They send appointment reminders a couple of weeks ahead of the appointment date, which makes it easy to check and reschedule if needed. Dr. Yeo and her staff have very gentle hands. They are very focused on one's oral health. I highly recommend Dr. Yeo to anyone searching for a conscientious dentist who cares about you as a patient! Make an appointment with Dr. Yeo! Ed C.
