First off I hope all is well, because the week of july 4 I tried calling, stopped by the office no answer no out of office NOTHING! Had to pay 350.00 out of pocket to get my tooth filed to try to elevate some of the pain I was having since I could not reach anyone at the office. Aetna DMO only allows you to see who's on the card which sucks so I was stuck. Since I still have not heard back from this office -fast forward into the next week. I made Aetna change my dentist IMMEDIATLEY I was not waiting until Aug. 1. Saw new dentist which told me i need a root canal mind you by now I'm in pain very bad meds are not working. Finally was seen by the orthodontist and was told the infection was so bad that I have to come back this week for part 2 of the root canal mind u I had a 104 temp because of the infected nerve. If I would have gotten some type of response from this office my situation would not have escalated to the point where I could have died due to infection. If you are out of office due to emergency or vacation please let patients know what's going on.

I went to this Dentist about 6 months ago because my insurance changed and I was stuck in an HMO plan that forced my hand. Fast forward to today and a filling that was completed by ths dentist was cooletely botched and caused me pain and migraines until I had an emergency root canal. The day I left the office I knew something was wrong because I could not eat on that side of my mouth but I assumed it would eventually resolve itself. I was terribly mistaken and it may have cost me my tooth. Hoping for the best but I've never had an issue like this until this encounter which was not my choice necessarily due to my insurance. Sweet lady but not a good job at all.

Had an unnecessary root canal done at this office less than two years ago and a filling put in, instead of a crown after they shaved my tooth down to nearly nothing. Fast forward I went to Rutgers Dentistry to have my wisdom teeth removed and my new dentist as well as the surgeons mentioned how bad the root canal was. The tooth ended up splitting in half hanging out of my gum like a hang nail. Not only was the root canal not necessary neither was her and her "specialist" shaving down my tooth so much. Along with the terrible root canal she would constantly try to get me to have a bunch of fillings done. I went there for a routine checkup the first time and I go to the dentist almost twice a year so I take good care of my teeth. The only reason I went to her is because I had to change dentists and my new insurance sent me there after searching for a dentist. Along with that root canal she claimed I needed another 5 fillings. She had me do the root canal first because it was $500+ out of pocket which was clearly the motivation behind her having me do it. Thankfully after that terrible root canal experience and one filling I got from Dr. CUESTA I was able to find a better dentist who magically had to fix that one new filling, and send me to get the tooth that had the root canal and split removed. But I never needed those FIVE FILLINGS in the first place and my tooth could have been saved. I believe she is motivated by money and making insurance charges. She is rude and a terrible dentist and doesn't believe anyone knows anything about their own teeth. I will be writing to the board of dentistry in NJ about her again because she should not be practicing. If I could give 0 stars I would.

(Translated by Google) Terrible service. They gave me an appointment and when I arrived they told me they had to cancel the appointment. The worst was the lie that they had called me four times to cancel when it was not true. (Original) Pesimo servicio. Me dieron cita y cuando llegue me dijeron que tenian que cancelar la cita. Lo peor la mentira que me habian llamado cuatro veces para cancelar cuando no era cierto.

Horrible, incompetent person, this Cuesta, I refuse to call her a dentist or doctor of anything. She had a partial made for me which I waited and waited months for, and it was ugly, ill fitting and unwearable. I complained immediately to insurance carrier and strongly suggested they not pay her because of her incompetence and the fact that I was still in need of a partial. Also there was a tooth she said needed a filling and she supposedly filled it. During the months of going waiting on partial, tooth started hurting again. She then said I needed root canal, which she supposedly did and put 1 of the Worst crowns on it I'd ever seen in my life. 5 years later, this supposed root canaled tooth flares up at will and is still not right. I'll probably wind up having to have it pulled now. Do Not Go To This Cuesta woman. She is a fraud

Had a root canal performed by Ms. Cuesta about 6-7 years ago. The office staff and she were very sweet , but I don't need my dentist to be sweet , I need them to know what they're doing. Cuesta does not ! At the time apparently, Ms. Cuesta had a specialist come in to perform root canal procedures. The day of my appointment , Cuesta walks in the room instead. The specialist wasn't able to make it. Well not even two months later the crown comes out of my mouth completely and I return to Cuesta's office. The crown wasn't even sized correctly ! The specialist reinserted the crown once it came back resized. Fast forward 4 years and I have an X-ray at another dentist in Livingston where I had a much better experience. He comments on the root canal tooth and even mentions that it doesn't look good . Well .... he was right! Today the same root canal tooth is giving me excruciating pain and swelling. As soon as I applied clover oil for pain it popped right out AGAIN. I am very unhappy with my experience with this dentist . Now I have to keep paying money for a tooth I already paid for . This is a nightmare. If you're getting any major procedures done, STAY FAR AWAY !!! I do not recommend. You will be in a lifetime of mess.

I absolutely love Dr. Cuesta! My son and I have been getting our regular cleanings with Dr. Cuesta for over 10+ years. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Dr. Cuesta and her staff make you feel at home as soon as you walk into the establishment with a friendly warm attitude. The staff cares about your needs, and asks if you are having problems, so they can alert Dr. Cuesta with your concerns. If I could give this staff 100 stars I would!!
