Our goal is for you to leave our office with a memorable and enjoyable dental experience, which is why our welcoming and compassionate staff will do everything they can to make you feel right at home.
Michaela graduated from high school in 2013 and joined our team in February of 2020. She recently became our office manager and is doing a great job at it! Michaela and her husband, Corey, have three children: Hensley, Rayleigh and Hudson. When not in the office, Michaela enjoys going out on their boat, taking vacations with her family and crafting.
Megan is a life-long resident of Baker County and graduated from Baker County High School in 2014. Megan joined our team in 2020, and her spunky personality and constant smile have been such a great addition to our team. Prior to joining our team, she worked in the veterinary field for four years. Out of the office, Megan enjoys being with friends, traveling and spending time with her cat, Sesame.
Taylar graduated from Baldwin High School in 2017 where she participated in an array of school activities and sports. We welcomed Taylar to our team in early 2021. She has a passion for patient care and loves to go above and beyond to meet patients needs. Outside of the office, Taylar and her boyfriend, Chris, enjoy spending time with their family and friends, being outdoors, and riding ATVs in the woods.
Ashlyn graduated from Middleburgh High School in 2010 and FSCJ in 2011. She joined our team in 2018 and loves being part of making people smile and helping them feel confident about their smiles. Ashlyn and her husband, Jocham, have one son, Waylon. When not in the office, Ashlyn enjoys being outdoors, crafting and deer hunting.
Lauren graduated from Baker County High School in 2013 and completed her expanded functions training at the University of Florida. She has been with our team since 2015. Lauren married her high school sweetheart, Reuben, and together, they have one daughter, Emerie. When not in the office, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, shopping and vacationing.
Cindy graduated from the dental assisting school at the American Red Cross Naval Hospital in Bradford, South Carolina, in 2001, and in 2002, she became certified as a dental assistant in Florida. She has been with our team since 2001. Cindy is a Christian and a woman of God, and she loves interacting with her patients, whom she considers to be part of her family. Cindy and her husband, Billy, have one son, one daughter and two grandsons. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, going to church and thrift shopping.
Kim graduated from FSCJ and has been with our team since 2005. She and her husband have two children and four grandchildren. When not in the office, she enjoys going to the beach and cooking out with friends and family.
Kayli is originally from Baker County but lived in the Savannah, GA area most of her life. In 2017 Kayli graduated from Armstrong State University with her Bachelors Degree and specialized in behavior therapy with children on the Autism spectrum. She decided to go into the dental field in 2019 and graduated from Florida State College of Jacksonville with her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant certification in 2020. Kayli completed her externship with us and joined our team the later part of 2020. Outside of the office, she spends a lot of time traveling to Alabama and Georgia to visit family and friends.
Lindsey graduated from Baker County High School in 2018. She was born and rasied in Baker County and joined our team in 2020. Lindsey has a love for animals and was an active member of the Future Farmers of America. Lindsey and her husband, Corey enjoy being outdoors and deer hunting. Aside from the outdoors, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her friends and family, spoiling her little sister and attending her brothers baseball games.

This doctor's office does not contract with any insurance company. Paula scheduled my appointment, took my insurance information and never mentioned a thing. It wasn't until they sent me a release the night before the appointment that they would file as an out of network provider. Very disappointing because I could've been looking for a new dentist during this time.

From the moment I walked into Dr Romeo's office I felt very welcomed. I felt like I was among the sweetest family. And as I keep going back, I'm being treated like family more & more. The atmosphere is light, fun and airy with fun music playing and there's laughter from the staff making every patient a member of their quaint family. I made an appoimtment 2 and a half months ago to get my teeth cleaned and dental xrays and was told the day before my appointment that I could only get xrays. Tried to tell them that i was supposed to get my teeth cleaned, but they do not care. I was told i could wait 2 amd a half more months until i could make am appointment to get my teeth cleaned. I guess they are too busy, so sadly, I will have to find a new dentist.

I have been going to this dentist for almost 20 years and have always been pleased with their services. I have had cleanings, fillings, and Invisalign through this office. The staff has always been professional and friendly. HIGHLY recommend this dentist! They are the best around!

Dr. Romeo and her assistant did such a great job at removing my top wisdom teeth. It was a quick removal and barely any pain the days after. I was up and going that same afternoon, I healed very good and hardly needed to take pain medication.

Awesome Service! I have been a client of Dr.Romeo's for over 15 years. She is so sweet, and cares about my dental health. The staff is always helpful and informed. Highly recommend this clinic for all of your dental needs!
