The lady that I had recently clean my teeth was absolutely amazing and did a wonderful job. She made me feel comfortable the entire time she was doing my cleaning. Loved her and honestly she's the reason I'm still choosing your dental clinic instead of someone else's. When Covid hit initially and we had a two-week lockdown I had someone call me from your clinic to let me know that we need to reschedule because of the lock down . To my knowledge at the time the lockdown was only going to be two weeks long so I asked if I could reschedule for sometime after that considering I wanted to keep up on my cleanings and I know those can be difficult to schedule because of availability. Whoever I spoke to at that time absolutely lost their mind and was so rude to me all over asking a simple question. Apparently she was angry that I even asked if I could reschedule. I do not think under any circumstances it is acceptable to engage in that manner with a customer. So unprofessional and it had me not come back for over two years because honestly I didn't want to support someone's business who had employees that think it's okay to talk to their customers like that. I know this was a long time ago and that employee might not even be there anymore but I feel like it is something that someone needs to take note of and speak with the staff about to prevent it from happening in the future. Hoping to have nothing but pleasant experiences moving forward.

This was my 1st visit with Dr. Paz and Angelica. Had an extraction and a filling replaced with 100% comfort and satisfaction. Could not have asked for more! Extremely happy!

Very pleased. Totally professional and thorough. Clean, modern office. Diagnosed problem right away, despite my previous Dr.'s repeated efforts. So glad I found this Dentist and office.

The staff are incredibly friendly at Marengo Dental. While I'm a new patient, I found Dr. Paz to be very honest and kind with her assessments. I'm looking forward to working with them more in the near future.

I went to Marengo Dental and the service was very good. Everyone was so nice and very professional. The hygienist Ms. Karen is very knowledgeable and explained everything about my visit. She also gave me tips to improve my dental health. I highly recommend them 100%!

Didn't meet the dentist, so can not comment on care. Staff was horrible walked out. Waited 3 weeks for call back with information never received so went elsewhere. When walked in the very first time, person behind the desk just looked at me and got up and walked away without a word. Returned with another person still unacknowledged. Then someone who claimed to be the manager came in and acknowledged me. I told her I had been there but completely ignored. She made excuses for why that was. ( no excuse excuses that). Then asked me for information I had already given and did not have with me since already given. Then took me to a room where 2 more people came in and asked me again. (Ummm still don't have it). Dental tech came in she was very nice. But when everyone seemed to not communicate. Not have a clue and continually asked me the same thing s over and over I left. Office manager said would clear things up and call insurance for an estimate. Waited weeks. Called them. She said oops sorry was. On vacation. Waited another week. Called back. She blamed insurance company. I called the insurance company had the answer in 10 minutes. Waited on hold with insurance company while they called the office to give them information. Waited another week never heard from the office manager . I would not recommend them at all. Found a fabulous dentist in Woodstock. Staff gives correct information when calling in, staff calls back when they say they will with the information you were waiting for. Dentist is great had 3 significant procedures, pain-free and professional.

Marengo Dental is very professional. Everybody very friendly and makes the visits pleasurable. Very clean and neat. I get to go 3 times a year--always enjoy catching up on things!! We've been going there for many many years. They are accommodating if an emergency comes along.

It's a very clean and well organized office. Everyone there is very friendly and efficient. I had my first cleaning with Paula and she was amazingly gentle but did a really good job.
