My office visit was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. Everyone there are so caring and want to make sure all your needs are met. I would definitely recommend this dentist to all who need care and treatment for their teeth. Dr. Mardirossian and his staff are so personable and take every measure to make sure you are happy the entire appointment. They all make sure you understand everything that they are doing and might need in the future. I'm so glad I was able to become one of the patients and look forward to my next visit.

My wife and I had a very pleasant visit to the office. His staff in particular were helpful, well informed and friendly. Although I wouldn't say we are looking forward to the future visits already scheduled, it certainly makes it easier knowing we're going to see Dr. Mardirossian and his team.

Dr Armen Mardirossian is an amazing Periodontist who cares for his patient. He is extremely knowledgeable and has over 20+ years of experience in dentistry. He calls his patient the next day and asked how I feel after surgery. The entire procedure was painless and I felt calm after the dental procedure was completed. Also, his staff is friendly, well trained, and caring as well. I would definitely recommend Dr. Mardirossian to all my friends and family.

Dr. Armen was very patient to explain the detail of the surgery procedure and did a very good job of it. Robert is a nice guy to help me through the examination and procedure and after care issues. The front desk lady, Angela(I am not sure her name) is very good too, help me to understand how my insurance plan works and after care issues too. The whole team is great.

The Quality of care I received from all of them has been fantastic. I have been seeing Dr. Armen Mardirossian for over a year now, and I am very happy with his service. He is honest, patient and spends quality time with you at every appointment.

Based on all the favorable reviews, I visited Dr. Mardirossian. There are three past Yelp reviews and one google review, that I should have paid attention to. Each of these reviews warned me of the shady business practices of this dental office. Complaints of high pressure tactics, unnecessary treatments and unauthorized charges should have been red flags for me. Please read on and don't make the same mistake that several of us have made. I met with Dr. Mardirossian, and he seemed professional. However, when I was instructed to meet with his office manager, Monique it literally felt like I was dealing with a used car salesperson. A previous reviewer mentioned the infamous negotiation room. The tactics she used were shady at best. She first tried to sell me on their "savings plan", which costs $780 for the year and it clearly designed to improve their profits at the detriment of the patient. I didn't trust her at all, and therefore I asked her to send a written proposal for the work to be completed. She did email me a written complete proposal for a total cost of $6348.20. Although this price was high, I agreed to have them do the work. At this point we had a legally binding contract. We had a firm offer in writing to do the work, we had my acceptance and we had mutual consideration. I work for a law firm and this was definitely a binding contract between Dr. Mardirossian and myself. Then half way through the treatment plan, the Dr. told me the next step was a CT Scan so they could create a guide for him to do the dental implants. I told him that as long as the guide was part of the contract, we can proceed. He told me to check with Monique who was not available. Monique called me a few days later to charge me $795 more for this guide!! What happened to our contract? Why are they breaching our written cost agreement and contract, by trying to extort more money from me? I complained to her and Dr. Mardirossian and they refused to honor our contract. Then, Monique calls me to ask for permission to charge my credit card $1266! She explained that she made a mistake and forgot to charge me as the previous work was done. I denied her permission to charge my card until we resolved this dispute. Later that same day, they ignored my refusal for the charge to be made to my credit card and charged the entire amount! One last thing, Monique and Mardirossian pressured me to agree to a controversial procedure called L-PRF = $1,714. I didn't want this optional procedure, wherein he used my own blood to supposedly speed up the healing process. However, I succumb to their pressure tactics and agreed. The day of the extractions, and L-PRF procedure Mardirossian struggled to even withdraw blood from my arm and the whole process was a joke. Four months later and the area was still not fully healed. What a rip-off! Please consider this review and others just like it, and think about whether you can trust this dental office and their shady business tactics.

I went to see Dr. Mardirossian by referral from my general dentist... when I spoke to Rebecca to the assistant Robert to the Dr and Monique the the financial specialist the service was top notch! I'm terrified of the dentist but they made me feel comfortable all the way through. 100% professional.

The assistants and doctors are very understanding of what may be concerning you to seek out their expertise. They also are very knowledgeable and provide you, as a patient, all the clarification and information with regards to their recommendations, diagnosis, and next step planning. I highly recommend coming here and not being afraid to ask them questions. They all take the time you may need with talking with you, where as a lot of doctors do not. It's really hard finding doctors that want what's best for you and who you think are not just trying to rack up a bill with a bunch of procedures. This office is one you can trust to do what's physically and ethically right for each individual patient and case. I've been to a dozen specialists, and I can promise you that they are one of the best.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Mardirrossian and his staff. The office is clean and the atmosphere is friendly. I felt very at ease. My procedure took under an hour with no pain. Very Happy. :)
