The first time I came here, it was great, the tech that helped my daughter made her feel comfortable and explained what she was doing. This was something that calmed my daughter because it was her first time having a cavity. She also promised my daughter she could earn prizes and showed her where they were for extra motivation. We made it through with no tears and one happy kid. This second time I cant say the same. We werent greeted nicely when called to the back. Everything was very rushed and it was to the point that my daughter cried because her mouth wasnt even numb yet. I was told to go check out prior to the procedure being completed, i declined this because I'm not the type of parent to walk out of the room while my 5yr daughter stays behind. ESPECIALLY when shes already nervous and scared. I dont think the dental assistant realizes the importance of the smaller details. My daughter was looking forward to picking a movie or getting a tooth brush. None of which was offered to her. This was not a good experience. I brought her here because the office came highly recommended. I really hope the next time she comes I can come back to this review and write something better. After posting this review I was contacted by a member of the staff (via phone) and provided much much comfort in regards to how I felt as a parent and how my daughter felt as a patient. I look forward to our follow up appointment aqgter which I will come back to update this review. Hopefully I can share about an amazing experience. Follow up: we went for a check up and cleaning may 16th 22 this time we saw Dr. Marcy and I brought my youngest who is three for his first visit. It went well and Dr. Marcy was patient and kind as well as the staff. I have added one star to my previous two star review. I will revisit once again once the fillings needed are completed since this is the more problematic area of our previous experiences.

My son had a great experience today having a tooth pulled. Had a filling done at another office and it was really infected. My son was so nervous because the tooth has been hurting. The doctor explained everything to me and told me what to expect during and after the treatment. He did tear up during the procedure but I think it was his nerves and a little bit of pressure. Once the tooth was out he said it immediately felt so much better and left with a popsicle and smiles.

Fantastic office! Dr. Marcy and staff has exceeded my expectations! I was very worried about taking my son to the dentist for the first time, but everyone in the office made it feel like we were long time patients. The office is kid friendly and the nurses go above and beyond to make the experience a positive one, especially during the pandemic. They were constantly wiping everything down and kept patients socially distant. My son actually can't wait to go back in 6 months!

My 3 kids have been coming to the dental office for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. My daughter needed sedation, my son was able to get treatment with laughing gas and my youngest son has only needed check-ups. I'm very thankful they offer different treatment options depending on my kids needs. So happy at the most recent visit everyone was cavity free!!

Great first visit! My 3 year old daughter did so much better than I expected! The assistant was very patient with her and kept telling her how great she was doing. See you in 6 months!

Dr Marcy and her staff are top notch. From the moment we walked in we felt taken care of and special. They are very accommodating to Covid and have you text to sign in, while waiting in your car. They respond back and let you know when to come in. We felt very comfortable and safe. Jamie explained everything prior to doing anything. We even got to pick a flavor of toothpaste! After having her cleaning, Dr Marcy checked her teeth, mouth and jaw. Answered my questions fully and congratulated us on no cavities! We loved our first appointment and would gladly recommend her to family and friends.

Dr. Marcy & her staff are absolutely amazing!! Their ability to work with children, especially nervous children, surpasses all! We had some bad experiences with some other pediatric dentists & our older two children were terrified when we found Dr. Marcy. She was able to ease their fears, was patient with them, & was able to treat their needs. After that, they've continued to LOVE going to the dentist! Our older two children have been her patients for 12 years & our youngest since he cut his first teeth who now is 6 y/o. Even our youngest has dealt with fears of going but they are always so patient & understanding with him & he's getting much more comfortable now. The only complaint we will ever have is that she won't be able to treat them in adulthood. :) We used to live 10 min from her office but 5 years ago we moved an hour away. We STILL make the drive for their appts because no one compares! Dr. Marcy has the best bedside manner & is such a personable lady. We love her and her staff and wouldn't know what we'd do without her! Kim, Ashly, & Diana have worked with our children the most and we love them, but all of them there are wonderful! The front desk ladies, Melissa & Shannon, are the two we've known the longest and have always been so helpful & accomodating. I would highly recommend with 100% confidence in Dr. Marcy & her amazing team! Thank you all!!! :)

A great pediatric dentist. We have been going to Dr Marcy for about 3 years. I like the way they keep our appointment times and patiently explain billing changes. When my kiddo needed a filling... The tech was amazing about explaining each step before it happened. Would recommend!

I've been taking my children to Dr. Marcy for at least 6+ years now (ages: 13 & 10) and she is phenomenal! She is so kind and gentle, experienced and professional, and I trust her with handling the dental care of my children . The entire atmosphere is kid-friendly and every single member of her dental team and staff are amazing!
