While I love creating attractive, healthy smiles, I am especially passionate about the benefits beyond the smile. It is amazing to me to see how making a straight and beautiful smile increases ones self confidence and can completely change your outlook on life. I love being a part of that! With meticulous attention to detail and individualized care for each patient, my patients can rest assured that they are receiving outstanding orthodontic care.
As an Idaho native, I was born and raised in Boise and graduated from Borah High School. After earning my Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University, I attended dental school at the University of Washington, graduating at the top of my class with my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
After working as a general dentist for a year in Boise and Nampa, I went on to specialize in orthodontics at the University of Rochester, Eastman Dental Center. While there, I was able to take part in advanced and extremely challenging orthodontic cases including patients with cleft lip and palate and patients with other facial irregularities. As part of my education, I also completed extensive research on expansion of teeth during orthodontic treatment.
I maintain memberships with the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Idaho Dental Association, and Southwest Idaho Dental Association. I take special interest in cutting edge technology and innovations that decrease discomfort and treatment times associated with orthodontic care. I am also interested in providing my patients with treatment that will produce the best long term results.
I am thrilled to be back in Idaho, in a community that I love, to raise my family. When away from the office, I spend my free time outdoors sharing my love of nature with my wife, Alicia, and our four children. I love running and swimming. Recently, I've taken up cycling and have enjoyed competing in a number of local triathlons.
I began working for Dr. Lowry six months ago and am one of the orthodontic assistants on his team. I love working in this field because I love seeing the end results braces give our patients and their joy when they see their new smiles. Dr. Lowry is a fantastic orthodontist and truly cares about his patients. My husbands name is Abner and we have a pet named Oliver. In my free time I enjoy exercising, scrap booking, and cooking.
Today people are very aware of their appearance, and it all begins with a smile. I love getting to know our patients and seeing them leave our office with beautiful smiles. Becoming a member of Marcus Lowry Orthodontics has been great! The staff here is wonderful and I love seeing our patients smile at their progress. I have lived in Nampa my entire life, and I have a dog named Cash. I enjoy camping, fishing, going to rodeos and riding horses.
I have been working at Marcus Lowry Orthodontics for a year and I make sure the office runs smoothly. I love meeting our patients and seeing their smiling faces when their braces come off. We have the best team here, and Dr. Lowry is so much fun to work with. I live in Nampa with my husband, Lance, our children, Cole, Clayce, and Payton, four dogs, and five horses. I enjoy horseback riding, going to rodeos, and traveling.

I've had such an amazing experience with Dr. Lowry, and his staff. Always quick to get me in and out, and squeeze me in for any accidental broken brackets. My time with my braces on was even shorter than expected. Definitely recommend!

My husband and 3 kids have all been patients of Dr. Lowry. He and the entire staff are absolutely amazing! Everyone is super friendly, knowledgeable and take the time to talk and explain any questions or concerns we might have. Pricing plans are great and they work to schedule my kids' appointments around our busy schedule. Dr. Lowry even saw one of my kids who was not his patient, yet, when she was experiencing terrible pain and everyone was shut down during 2020. Highly recommend and we'll be fans for life!

Staff are incredibly friendly. They will help and assist you in every way with comunicacion of course. I had a emergency that i self inflicted on a Sunday and got help right away.
