We believe in an ongoing process of education, for ourselves and for our patients. All members of our dental team participate in continuing education courses to enhance their interpersonal skills and the knowledge of dentistry. We do everything possible to ensure your safety while you are in our care. Our practice meets or exceeds all CDC, ADA, and OSHA infection control guidelines. Dr. Black worked very closely with OSHA while serving in the US Naval Dental Corp. His standards are never compromised. We use gloves, gowns as needed, masks, eye protection, barrier covers for procedures, and handpieces are sterilized after each use. The effectiveness of our sterilizer is monitored weekly to ensure you are in the safest possible environment.

They use only the best materials available. The team also works hard at keeping our office on the cutting edge of dentistry with our state-of-the-art equipment. Dr. Black and his entire team (especially Sam and Misty) are such a pleasure to deal with. They went above and beyond with my complex case and make you feel like family there. You can tell Dr. Black truly cares about his patients and is a master and artist at what he does. I have a beautiful smile finally that has boosted my self confidence and more importantly, I have complete functionality with no TMJ symptoms thanks to the time he spent in tandem with an oral surgeon and other providers to provide the best treatment. My quality of life is so much better and I am just grateful for Dr. Black and his staff.

Excellant caring staff. Took my 91 year old mother in law for exam and cleaning. She was moving. So did a thorough cleaning. Found 3 teeth that really needed crowning. Having so much dental background myself I too felt the same way. He was able to prep all three in 1 setting. The staff treated us with such humbleness. My mother in law was relaxed and very comfortable throughout the procedures. Highly recommend. Thank you for the great service in such a difficult situation. Your friends in bentonville

I have been going to Dr. Black for most of the 24 years I have been in NWA (except for the few years I didn't have dental insurance). My son has also had all of his dental work by Dr. Black, including braces, , and at 32 years old, he still goes to him. Recently I had quite a bit of work done to make up for that time I missed. Dr Black and his staff have always been very efficient, terrific with patients, and have the best, most up to date technology. I would never go to another dentist! You don't have loyalty to a doctor like that unless they are amazing. He makes you feel like family.

Dr Black has been my dentist for about 18 years and I would trust no one else. His broad base credentials, talent and sincere interest in his patients is obvious and utmost. Also, he has one of the most congenial and efficient staff I've ever met! Above all he is a fine upstanding Christian gentleman with a wonderful wife and 3 beautiful daughters. You cannot go wrong choosing Dr Black for your overall family dentistry.

Amazingly kind and definitley gentle with sensitive teeth as well. Went in for an initial appointment to set up a treatment plan seeing as my case is quite well bad honestly, I wasn't sure they could but I was wrong. Within an hour they set up a plan for my case explained the entire process and I got my teeth cleaned! I can promise that if you are looking for a dental office that can relieve that fear of the dentist, this is the one.

I had a fantastic visit with Dr. Black and Nicole, my hygienist. I have not had the best experiences with dentists in my past, but this team was friendly, informative, and helpful. Everything was explained to me in terms I could understand and act upon, not just the typical "you should floss more" that I normally hear. I will definitely be going back and would recommend them to anyone.

The hygienist, Hannah, presented herself professionally and knowledgable in every aspect, making me feel comfortable in a notoriously uncomfortable environment. She informed me on each step she was taking in the cleaning and x ray process as well as the importance of fluoride. Hannah is gentle in her work representing the high and quality standards of Dr. Blacks office. I also believe that a great dentist understands that a patient needs to feel in control of his or her treatment and Dr. Black went above and beyond to do so with his honesty and compassion. Dental problems can affect many areas of a person's life, and this dentist along with all of the team were sensitive to the problems I faced with my teeth and met every need with respect! The office is clean and in a great location in Rogers!

I had the worst experience with Dr Black dentistry. I paid over $7,000 to have 3 crowns replaced and a partial made. It took 5 tries and months later to get them right. Then I said I did not like them and he said They look fine and You will like them once they are in. Once they were in my bite was way off and the teeth he made were bigger then my other teeth and he proceeded to grind and damage perfectly good teeth. I left the office in tears. Went to a previous dentist and she confirmed that they did not look right and he did damage other teeth in the process.. I called to see what he would refund and he said I can't do that but he would like for me to come back and he would fix them. If he couldn't get them right in the first 5 times I was not going to let him cause anymore damage to good teeth! Save your money and time.

We have been patients at Marcus Black Dentistry for a few years now. When we first started in 2016, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and felt like we were taken care of. Our hygienists a have always been respectful and kind and professional. However, with just recent visits, Dr. Black has taken onto trying to sell unnecessary procedures and products. Also, I tried to get a refund back from overcharged account and was told we didn't call in time for cancellations in the past and suddenly we have a charge and our money went to finalize that (unknown) balance. I am quite aware that we have always called at least 24hrs in advance for cancellations. Poor communication and service. We are currently seeking other dentists for our family.

Claims to be a Christian office but skips out on paying employees. Was told a paper check was sent in the mail that I never received. Then the check was resent. I did not receive it either. Then I was told they direct deposited the money to my bank account. I never received the direct deposit either. Taken back by their lack of care for their employees.

I had a Wonderful service. Pleasant Greetings while writing down my name. Quickly The Nurse named Christina called me in. I'm so much impressed with Christina's Skills, knowledge and approach. She is a super cool provider. She took good clinical assessment and correlated with the X-ray. Her interventions and procedures were absolutely talented. She took extra measures for cleaning, polishing and flossing. Dr. Marcus Black is efficient as always, he greeted me and talked to me as a family person. He had a good thorough examination of teeth, gums and prosthetic. He analyzed the findings and put forward his options to manage it. Had a nice conclusion. Front desk helped me to sort out my upcoming appointment and the future intervention with a HAPPY face. Thank you!
