These people are always friendly and actually care about their patients. The Dr. And staff are welcoming and always are about me, the patient when I walk into the office. My blood pressure was too high for them to do what needed to be done and I appreciate that. I was reading all the comments about how they don't answer the phone and it's probably because they are doing their jobs of dental assistant and they don't have time. I just leave a message and I get a call back that day! I will have my family be going here, that's for sure! Thanks!

Look for a dental care somewhere else. Very unprofessional. They don't deserve one star. They don't answer phone calls. They keep reschedule your appointment same day of your already scheduled appointment. This keep on and on. This is so far the worst dentist clinic I have ever been.

My family used to go here, until they changed what insurance they accept, they used to accept a variety of different insurances now only insurance they take is a PPO plan based insurance, no medi- cal, I'm sure they lost a lot of patients due to this. Pretty sad if you ask me. Also as a warning they are big on making money on braces for kids even if their teeth aren't in that bad of shape they still push parents to buy braces. Beware... always get a second opinion.

Worst service ever staff is very rude, I also work at a medical place and I have never behaved that way with my patients. Is completely ridiculous and disgusting, especially that lady with curly hair she extremely rudee. Doctor nollie is great though which is the only reason I am keeping this clinic. Also they would never answer calls or answer any of the frecking questions!!

Always friendly and excellent customer service. I change the colors of my bands every time I see the orthodontist.

First of all this place is literally impossible to get a hold off. Tried multiple time over the phone and only got voice mail, left about 10 voicemails and still no one called me back. After many attempts I finally got a hold of the office manager and she was really rude and gave me an appointment for 3 weeks out. Dr.Nollie on the other hand is really nice and professional she took her tome explaining everything to us and answered all our questions.

Always a great experience when my daughter has an orthodontist appointment, Dr Nollie and staff are wonderful!! We've finished our ortho phase and my daughter's smile is beautiful Thank you Dr . NollieYou've done an amazing job.
