I am going to Dr. Grossman for now over 25 years. Her office then was on the East side, but I am pleased and impressed by the quality of her services that I don't mind to go now all the way to her west side office. Dr. Grossman is very efficient and she has a warm and kind personality.... and you never have to wait more than a couple of minutes.

Amazing team from dentist to front desk. Everyone is very friendly and remembers me even though I visit twice a year. The doctor and the hygienist are patient, thorough, and explain everything clearly. My best dental experience in the city.

The fact that I always feel like a special guest when I arrive at Dr. Grossman's office is secondary to the fact that she is an excellent practitioner, is thoughtful and concerned about your comfort level while working on you. She has small hands so I never feel like I'm choking as she works on me. Her staff are unfailingly kind, friendly and thoughtful. I am so grateful to have found her.

My visit with Dr. Grossman was stellar. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming. I felt relaxed and at ease from the minute I walked in. Dr. Grossman was very polite and professional. She is passionate about proper dental care and she answered all of my questions with ease. If you are new to the area or are looking to try a new dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Grossman!

Wonderful start. I called on a Friday when Dr. Grossman's office is closed. Nevertheless, a human voice, not a machine, answered. I learned that this is important to Dr. Grossman. This was my first appointment wityh Dr. Grossman since the Covid pandemic began, and perhaps not surprisingly, I have a stretch of dentistry ahead. Dr. Grossman was kind as well as helpful in going over it with me. And once again, Dr. Grossman included, along with her part in my upcoming dentistry, a fine referral. I feel fortunate in her and also in her dental community. Nor should I leave out her assistant. Her assistant not only made me feel comfortable. She made my XRays feel comfortable too. I am new to Dr Grossman's practice and I am beyond thrilled I found her and her staff!! They send plenty of reminders pre appointment, are pleasant on the phone, and they are nice when you arrive. Dr Grossman is extremely sweet and gentle with your teeth!!

Dr. Grossman is the third dentist I've seen here in NYC and is by far the best. Knowledgeable, kind, and most importantly, someone who listens to my mouth related aches and pains. She's fixed two fillings done by another dentist and reduced my discomfort significantly. I love going to her!

A wonderful dental experience! (if such an oxymoron can possibly exist...) skilled, with an excellent touch, friendly and warm, you can feel secure the moment you say AHHHHhh... and her staff is amazing! they will NOT let you forget about your appointment using every (and all) means imaginable!! A follow-up: the optics of shining stars on Dr. Grossman's business/appointment-reminder card are misleading. The shining stars are shown emanating from an ordinary toothbrush... They are in fact, emanating from my shiny professionally cleaned teeth! Brava!

I have been going to Dr. Marcia for many years. She is very thoughtful, thorough and caring. I would trust her with my teeth and with my family if they lived closer. She is professional and takes her time with her clients. She is a real gem.

I have been a patient with Dr. Grossman for 30 plus years. The first time I met Dr. Grossman I wanted her to be my dentist (at the time she was working with another dentist who I'd been using) Dr. Grossman is caring, kind and easy going. I feel safe in her thorough hands. She's the best in the business.

I visited Dr. Grossman's office for a routine cleaning and checkup. The check-in process with Neil was stress free and I was immediately attended by an assistant despite showing up a bit early to my appointment. Dr. Grossman has a wonderful bedside manner, which made the session stress free. I'd highly recommend scheduling an appointment with her.
