Dr. Bob graduated with a D.D.S., Doctor of Dental Surgery from SUNY at Buffalo in 1991, with a 'minor'in Pediatric Dentistry. Born and raised in Batavia, New York, son of retired Dentist, Russell Marchese, Sr. he also received degrees from Batavia High School and Georgetown University.

A member of both the Adirondack Mountain Club and the Adirondack (ADK) 46ers, (#6921) he has backpacked for many years with his three brothers and summited the '46 highest' peaks or mountains in New York State.

A lover of the outdoors, he also enjoys kayaking. More recently, Dr. Bob has biked many miles and trails with friends, on his mountain bike and is active in WNYMBA. Volunteer activities in addition to ongoing Donated Dental Services, include his local church, Resurrection Parish, Knights of Columbus, The Genesee County Parks Advisory Board and the YWCA. He served as President of the St. Anthony's Advisory Board, as member of program and finance committees of Genesee County Cornell Cooperative Extension, the Batavia Jaycees, and as representative to the Executive Council of the Eighth District Dental Society. He coached his daughter's soccer teams. Bob also enjoys attending local sporting events, watching sports on TV, reading, and attending Blues concerts.

As a dental professional, I stay up to date on the latest advancements in dentistry in order to provide the most current treatment options for my patients. As a doctor, I recognize that my patients are unique individuals who have placed a great deal of trust in me and my team. That is just one reason why I value each and every patient relationship.

Michelle Pastore has been a dental hygienist in our office since 1999. She is a Pembroke High School graduate and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from S.U.N.Y. Cortland in Health Science. With an Associates degree from Erie Community College in Dental Hygiene, Michelle selected this fieldin order to help people and improve their health. She is married with a daughter. Michelle enjoys scrapbooking, gardening, reading and volunteering at her daughter's school.

Morgan Mattice graduated from Erie Community College in May 2015 and has been in the dental field for one year. Sheis an Alexander High School graduate. Morgan is an animal lover, especially cats, and has three of her own. She selected this career because she loves building a relationship with so many different individuals and helping keep their smiles healthy. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, hiking and playing soccer.

Judy Harloff has been Dr. Bobs Dental Assistant since 2006. She currently resides in Oakfield with her husband, Doug. Judy and Doug have two married children, Katie (Matt) and two grandchildren, Milesand Ada, & Josh (Katie). Judy says the best part of her job is that she gets to meet a diverse group of people that are all interesting in different ways. She loves speaking with them chairside and getting to know them through their stories. Judy enjoys cross country skiing, scrapbooking and spending time with her family, friends, dogs and cats.

Lorie Yasses joined the team in January 2020 after retiring from aprevious job of 40 years. She was not quite ready to give upinteracting with the public and wanted to continue working. Loriestates Dr. Bob is a great person to work with and he cares about hispatients and team. She has two adult children, LeeAnne and Jonathon,both are married. Her family includes two adopted grandchildren,Everley and Elliana, and a full time partner, Ken. In her spare timeshe enjoys gardening, sewing, reading, camping, riding bikes,cross-country skiing, snowmobiling and spending time with family andfriends.

Terri Marchese joined the team in 2007, after her husband convinced her it was time. Terri grew up in Washington, Pennsylvania, andgraduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Education. After many years in office settings as secretary and office manager, then taking time off to be with the children in their younger years, Terri was ready to be in the office environment again. Terri and Bob have two daughters, Margaret and Olivia. In her spare time, Terri enjoys reading, cooking, hiking, sewing, and activities outside with Bob and the girls.
