Dr. Janice Liao was raised in Stockton, CA, She was raised in the same neighborhood where the Stockton office is. She graduated from Lincoln High School ( 94), and left for UCLA, graduating with a B.S. in Physiological Science in 1998. It was in Philadelphia, PA at Temple University she obtained a D.M.D. and M.B.A. in 2002. She returned to California, residing in Fresno for a year to complete a General Practice Residency at University Medical Center. She worked as an associate for Dr. Kenneth Yi in both Stockton and Tracy offices in 2003 for 6 months before in Dublin, CA.
Dr. George Shiao was born in Taiwan, raised in Dallas, TX, (big Cowboys fan). He graduated with a B.A. in History and Biology from Washington University in St. Louis in 1995. In 1999, he earned his D.M.D. from Temple University. Following graduation, Dr. Shiao worked in private practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, served as a clinical instructor at Temples dental school, and spent the next several years performing comprehensive oral rehabilitation for special needs patients at Special Smiles in Philadelphia. Dr. Shiao moved to California, practicing in the Bay Area shortly before marrying Dr. Liao in 2004. Dr. Shiao is also a clinical faculty member at the UOP School of Dentistry.

Love this dental office! We've been seeing Dr. Liao for around 10 years, first in Dublin now in Stockton. Honest, caring and gentle. Highly recommend for all your dental needs.

I've been going to March Lane Smiles & Dublin Smiles for several years and when I relocated to another area I was extremely bummed to transfer dentistries. Luckily Dr. Shiao and Dr. Liao expanded their practice to Stockton. They both are extremely professional and always a pleasant to work with and can't say anything negative! They're always so accommodating and are always very honest with me when it comes to procedures and work that need to get done. Love the staff as well and worth the 30 min commute each time!

As a new patient I was very happy with my experience! Dentist George Shiao was very thorough in his work and was very kind. He answered all of my questions and provided excellent feedback. first time visit. everyone warm, friendly and welcoming. every step of the exam was explained to me beforehand, and everything went as expected. professionalism off the charts! my nervousness disappeared within minutes, and i almost drifted off because of how smooth it went. have already recommended to a friend.

Dr. Shiao is the best dentist I have ever had and his staff is just as great!! I love the service I get at March Lane Smiles. They are polite, always in a great mood and so very thorough from exams to cleanings to fillings. This is the best dental office I have ever had the pleasure to frequent. Outstanding group of professionals. I would drive 100 miles to keep this dental group in my life. They take very good care of me and my family, always courteous and kind. The doctors are the best I've ever experienced. They truly know how to repair and care. The hygienist are outstanding, too.
