Pretty upset. I was debating even leaving a review because I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I feel like I have to because at this point I feel like I wasted $600. I feel like my concerns were completely dismissed. I had a flipper tooth made with my previous dentist, which was perfect. Perfect fit and it looked amazing. Unfortunately I accidentally discarded this flipper, and my family dentist retired. My family dentist recommended Dr. Steingold, which is how I ended up here to begin with. I go in to get the mold for a new flipper made - everything went okay in the first visit. However everything changed when I went to pick the flipper up. When it was put in my mouth I could immediately feel it did not fit right. The sides were uneven, with one extending too far back on one side to the point it rubbed my tongue every time I spoke. I couldn't close my mouth correctly, when the assistant did the paper bite test the paper only ripped on one side. This indicates that the bite was incorrect on the other side as BOTH pieces of paper should rip. She ripped the second by hand and acted like it was fine. When I brought up how it did not feel right in my mouth and it was affecting my speech/sitting too low, I was told that I was just mistaken because I had been without a flipper for a few weeks. I was told I would "get used to it" again. I insisted it didn't feel right, and I brought up the reasons why it didn't feel right, the assistant actually said "oh she has expectations." OF COURSE I HAVE EXPECTATIONS. I don't expect it to be absolutely perfect (although my first one was) but I did at least expect it to fit properly!! I could not even believe that when I heard it! I was being completely dismissed!! At that point I realized I was not getting anywhere and didn't want to create an issue. I paid for it (I shouldn't have) and left - hoping it would "settle in". As a surprise to no one, my ill fitting flipper never settled in. It continued to sit too low in my mouth, making it visibly the longest tooth in my mouth, even though the tooth it was made to replace wasn't long. This was very unnatural looking. It also sat so low there were visible gaps by the gums which was blatantly obvious when I smiled. Obviously the bite issue never corrected on its own (duh) and I could never close my mouth properly while wearing this flipper. The edges were sharp and hurt my gums and tongue. It created a significant speech impediment. Eventually the uneven bite caused a part of the flipper to break (I followed ALL care instructions and did not eat or sleep with it in). If my concerns were listened to initially I would've felt better about going back to get these issues fixed, but unfortunately I was dismissed when I initially pointed out the problems with the flipper, and this makes me reluctant to even call back. This whole situation could've been avoided if they would've just listened when I told them it didn't fit or sit right. I wouldn't recommend unless you have money to blow because $600 later I STILL don't have a tooth I can wear.

I have been going here for many, many years. Doc and the staff are absolutely great. I have never had one issue with anybody here. They always treat you with courtesy and are always very polite. If you're looking for a great dentist you need to check them out. You don't feel like you're part of an assembly line when you go here, unlike going to some of the big Dentistry places. You're like family here!!

WOW! From Robyn at the front desk, to Tina the dental assistant to Dr. Steingold, WOW is the only way to describe this dental office. I am petrified of dentists! But when I stepped in that office today, I felt at home. Everyone there makes you feel welcomed and everything is explained to you in detail. I had expected to pay a lot more, and it was a third of what I was expecting. It is a breath of fresh air to find a dentist and staff that sincerely care about your teeth, your pocket book and well-being. I felt as if I was family and it was only my first visit.

I had emergency dental work done that was put off way to long and now I realize I got fast and friendly service in a clean and safe environment now found a good dentist am going to get my mouth fixed at a reasonable price.

These guys are fantastic...Other dentist offices charge hundreds of dollars for a deep cleaning, & here they clean your teeth that way for a regular cleaning price. I also was told by another Dentist I needed a cap on my chipped front tooth, & Dr. Steingold took one look at it and said he could repair it by filling it, and he did a flawless job....I would reccomend these guys to anyone looking for a good, caring, & quality dentist!!

I have been coming here for years, when I first started coming I hadn't been to the dentist for a long time and I needed a lot of work done. Dr. Steingold worked out a treatment plan based on my insurance coverage and I am really happy with the results. The technicians and office staff are friendly and professional and I recommend them to anyone that is looking for a dentist in the area.
