Dr Geballa and his staff made getting a root canal a very simple experience. They explained everything very well and made sure I was comfortable the entire visit. I would highly recommend his office if you are looking for an endodontist. I was very impressed .

I have not had the opportunity to see an Endodontics, however, the receptionist who answered the telephone was absolutely awful, totally unprofessional and rude to say the least. The practice needs to evaluate and provide her with the proper training in customer service.

Painful root canal for months after. Tasting snot and mucus. As if he drilled into my sinus. Didn't use a microscope to look, just drilled and pushed hard. His assistant shrugged and said, "he's good, this just what he does all day." Four months of pain and X-rays show the filler is through my root and into (edit) the structures behind my teeth. Avoid is my recommendation.

Painful root canal for 1 year -- now need extraction after all the pain and financial loss. In addition the front office manager is extremely rude!

I am always apprehensive going to the dentist. But I must say The experience was excellent. When I say pain free it was just that. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff professional. I highly recommend this dental office.

When I found out I needed a root canal I was nervous, since I'm not fond of dental procedures, to say the least. Dr. Geballa delivered a pain free experience. Cathy was wonderful. She explained what was wrong and why I needed the procedure. She was extremely friendly and caring. They both did their best to make sure I was comfortable.

BE AWARE OF THE DENTAL OFFICE THEY WILL TRY TO OVER CHARGE YOU (I gave two stars because the root canal went well) I had a root canal done with Dr. Marc Geballa on January 7, 2021 which turnt out well. Here is what I could not understand, why the receptionist call me two days before and told me my portion for the root canal procedure will be $260 (because I have dental insurance). On January 7, 2021, after my root canal was done and I'm checking out, the price had changed to $344 (an additional $84). I told her I will pay the $260 dollars now and the $84 dollars another time. She then gave me a blue envelop and told me I can mail the $84 back the their office. Come to find out, the $84, the receptionist tried to over charge me was covered 100% by my dental insurance. Plus until this day(Jan.28, 2021) my dental insurance company never received my dental claim form from this dental office. Are they trying to HIDE something. Please stop lying about you sent the dental claim electronically because when the insurance company called on Jan.28, 2021the receptionist said that she mailed, the insurance company then give her a fax number JUST TELL YOUR RECEPTIONIST TO STOP LYING TO YOU

Dr Geballa and staff were awesome. Very formative. I went in for a root canal amd was worrisome about the needle and numbing and the fact that I'm pregnant. They explained everything to me. Did my procedure. Felt NO PAIN!!! and went home pleased and happy that it was done and over. They give you pamphlets on how to care for your tooth after.. I needed no pain meds the day after. Nicely done. Thanks!

They best dental experience I've had in my life. I have extreme anxiety when it come to dentists offices because of past experiences. They listened to my concerns and made sure I was comfortable. I was having a root canal done. Numbed me all the way up I didn't feel anything!! Next day I still haven't felt any pain or discomfort and I haven't had to take any pain meds. If I have any work done in the future I will be going here. So professional and the best.

I did like this endodonist for his calming manner. I had never had a toothache before let alone been told I needed a root canal. I was terrified. He talked to me as he was doing the procedure as well as having given me detailed info brochures prior during the consult. The novocaine procedure was done comfortably, and afterwards though, I did have a lot of pain. 3 Advils a couple of times a day worked nicely on my gums. I think he was detailed in completing the root canal procedure even using a microscope to ensure all his work was perfect. I highly recommend this endodonist.
